The good, the bad, and the really ugly
I normally stays here when I travel to new orleans. This time my stay was ok. but the the toilet in the room broken. They never switched my room and they didn't fix it. The manager, maintaince man, and housekeeping never came. I complained every morning and evening and everytime they wrote a ticket on it. If it wasn't for the running toilet it was ok. I hate being ignored when I feel there is a problem.. It wasn't professional at all....

Choosing a hotel is very difficult, especially if you are not familiar with the city. I initially wanted to stay downtown New Orleans, but due to the parking fees I decided to find a hotel close by with free parking. I was very happy with the selection; it was in what I consider a nicer, safer, and quieter area for traveling with kids. [...]

Out of the Way but SO convenient
It was out of the way but convenient for what we wanted to do. The staff was efficient, the food was ordinary but acceptable. Our biggest problem was that the ice machines were not working. What we were looking for was a convenient and comfortable place, fairly accessible to our needs and we did find this at this motel. I would go there again.

Incompetent Staff
My stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites New Orleans East was awful. The Shower handle was broken, I had to be creative to get it to work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
