This beautiful American Victorian built in 1892 is located in the historic Uptown/Garden District. Registered by the U.S. Department of the Interior as an Historic Place, it was restored and thoroughly modernized for our guests' enjoyment and comfort, however all of the original architectural details remain. Ornamental woodwork, wonderful antiques, delicate chandeliers, and of course, Southern hospitality welcome you to our exquisite bed and breakfast. Let us tempt you with our wonderful Southern breakfasts. Enjoy complimentary wine and cheese in the early evenings on weekends. Nibble on the homemade goodies that are always set out for our guests. Before dinner or a port before bed. Lounge in our brick courtyard among the gardenias and hibiscus. Relax in a luxurious, yet comfortable, environment. Each guest room is spacious and beautifully decorated. All have luxurious baths, many with whirlpool tubs. Our guests enjoy private voice mail, data ports, cable TV, luxury milled soaps, plush white cotton terry bathrobes, and other amenities you would expect from a fine hotel. The French Quarter, the Universities, and Audubon Park are a short street car ride away! You can stroll down Magazine Street and browse the great antique stores and unique boutiques, or enjoy a tour of the impressive and historic Garden District. World-class dining is around the corner and throughout the city. Try your luck at the casinos, cruise the mighty Mississippi, visit the swamps, or tour magnificent and historic antebellum plantations. There is no end to the ease and excitement of New Orleans. Come and enjoy it with us! Maison Perrier is located 2.8 miles west of the French Quarter in the Uptown Garden District. It is close to the Ernest M.Morial convention center, Audubon Park, Universities, shopping, restaurants, carnival parades, and night clubs.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I had a great 4 days in New Orleans. The B & B was great, the breakfast was awesome and the owners,[...] were easy going and very helpful. You get a complimentary bev. when you come and there are always baked goods around. We were sorry we missed the Fri./Sat. social time but I guess we'll have to come back! We went on a Plantation tour run by Isabella tours (recommended by [...]). They picked us up right at the front door and we also went on Dr. Wagnor's Honey Island Swamp Tour. That was Great! The B&B is located near the garden district so we walked to the restaurants at night since my husband didn't feel like driving.

Fantastic

I really love the bed and breakfast. The houses were lovely and the couple was extremely nice. I loved my breakfast and other treats. Although for people who want to party in the French Quarter all night, the location is not ideal.

Maison Perrier

We had a great stay at the Maison Perrier. It is very close to the St. Charles streetcar which we used to get to the Audubon Park and Zoo. The park is beautiful and the zoo was great. There are many great restaurants in the area and Patricia had wonderful recommendations for lunch and dinner.
