Great location. Just minutes away from the Historic French Quarter, and walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Hotel is located just 3 miles from New orleans Airport and centrally located near many famous New Orleans attractions. Hotel features free deluxe continental breakfast, laundry facilities and beautiful heated outdoor pool. Free coffee, tea and lemonade are served 24 hours as a guest welcome snack. All rooms have free wireless high-speed Internet and coffee makers. Some rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and whirlpool in-bath. Copy and fax services available. Pet friendly hotel. Pet accommodation: 25.00 USD/stay per pet. Pet limit: under 25 pounds per pet. 2 pets per room.

weddding anniversary vacation

After trips to the front to get the key to work just got door open to find bed unmade and bottles on the table certainly not ready for guest. More worried about vehicle safety and way not worth the price. Left even without staying or keeping reservation for next night either.

Feared for our safety!

DID NOT STAY - CONTESTING THIS HOTEL, WHICH IS ACTUALLY A MOTEL. DID NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Went to look at the room. Not the worst condition, but the room was in access to the outside lot, which was surrounded by closed and abandoned buildings. We took pictures of the condition.

The rooms were mediocre at best. With cracks in the walls and ceilings. The lighting left alot to be desired and was far to dim for my liking. The area was "interesting" to say the least and our room was close to a gas station where people decided the need to "bump" their loud music. Which woke me several times. Our hotel key was deactivated in between the two days we were their for no reason. So when we arrived back to our room late I had to go get the key "re-charged" for that night. Overall I have stayed at other hotels in the new orleans area and I will never again sacrifice quality and sense of safety to save a couple of dollars. And no I am not an older person who needs dead scilence to sleep or is paranoid for no reason. If you have a family I recommend looking elsewhere.

comfort inn

Absolutely terrible neighborhood. Rooms were old, large and somewhat comfortable. Quite a distance from down town. Was told less than it was. Was not worth the price.

Quality Inn & Suites New Orleans

Be careful, it is the 8400 I-10 Service Road, not the other one near the French Quarter. It was ok for us, what we really needed: a clean, not expensive overnight place to stay.

quality @ quality inn

i enjoyed my stay. the room was very clean and the bathroom was clean as well. for such a low rate, i was very pleasantly surprised. i would stay here again.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!

There was a huge party at the gas station right next to the hotel. We were informed that it was like that every night. All night long we could hear car stereos so loud that it would shake the bed. You could walk outside and see prostitutes walking around being extremely loud and saying some really nasty things.

Essence Festival getaway

This hotel was average. Room was better than I expected, flat screen TV and bed were exceptional. One thing I didn't like is that they do not offer a mini fridge.
