In town to run Ironman Triathlon
Stayed while in town to compete in an Ironman Triathlon. Price was right, staff was friendly, and location worked out being near access to interstate. Will stay here next time in town.

You get what you pay for
The hotel is very affordable and for what you pay it isn't bad. If you are just looking for a cheap place to stay and don't care too much about staying in the most luxurious hotel in New Orleans I would suggest this hotel.

Just okay
The room was fairly clean. There was no iron in the room and the bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable and from the looks of it, the bed was about to fall over. When I made my reservation the price that was quoted to me was $30 less than I was actually charged upon check-in. Bummer, because if I had know I would be spending that much money, I would have just gone to a better hotel that at least provides an iron and a bed made from soft things and not stone.

One night stay for work.
When I got up to my room, there was a musty smell. I figured out that my room's carpet had been steamcleaned earlier that day. The carpet was still almost soaking wet in about 75% of the room. The air was not on. I left the window open for at least 2 hours, but the smell stayed. The bed was as hard as a rock. The walls are paper thin might I add. I won't even explain that. I tried going to sleep at around 8:30 because I was up before 5AM. I could not do that because of all the noise. I was not satisfied at all. I doubt I will ever go back there.

Good for the money. Terrible management!
The hotel wasn't bad but the manager was terrible. He was very confrontational with the customers, an argument actually broke out at the check in desk between the manager and a customer. Hotel was clean and cheap.

Decent Stay
It was a decent stay. The only bad thing was that the beds were kinda hard and some of the comforters had stains and cigarette holes. It wasn't the worst and not the best but it was affordable but the staff was friendly.

Budget Traveller
Terrific value outside of New Orleans
Basic but clean hotel with kitchenette. Just 10 minutes drive from New Orleans' French Quater and downtown and so need to have car. Really good value.

We were just driving back from Austin and wanted an inexpensive place off the highway to get some rest. It's an extended stay so some of the tenants were a bit noisy, but the room was very nice for the price.
