Great location, name, but inside?
Very friendly valet when I checked in. Hotel is in a great location in the French Quarter. I checked into room and unpacked and then noticed a massive stain on the sofa. They moved me into another room; the guy that helped was very friendly. Furniture is outdated and worn. Nice size bathrooms though. Hotel rooms need to be totally remodeled.

Second Stay at the Iberville Suites
Our only complaint on our second stay at the Iberville Suites is that we were greatly disappointed in the breakfast. There were many more choices during our last stay. This time there were no waffle makers, danish, and the selection of fresh fruit was much smaller during this stay. We decided to go out for breakfast which was an expense we did not count on.

Not as good as last time
I've actually stayed at this hotel before, again for a big event. This time, the same described hotel category (king suite) was about half the size and when we checked in we were given a room that was FILTHY! Stains on the sofa, gross stuff in bathroom... We switched rooms without a lot of trouble but it was the same dark layout with a view of the wall. Definitely different than last time. Too bad, too.

Perfect for the French Quarter Festival
I booked rooms for 7 of us to take in the French Quarter Festival, and the location could not have been better. A block from Bourbon Street or Canal Street - You can walk anywhere in the Quarter! Some of our party were "upgraded" to rooms at the Ritz Carlton (same owner - next door), but I thought our suites were nice & roomy. Can't wait to go back.

Comfortable hotel
I am happy that I decided to stay at Iberville Suites. The staff (hotel and valet/bag check guys) were nothing but super friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat. The room came with a mini fridge that actually gets cold (let's be honest, they rarely do). The continental breakfast included bagels and bread to be toasted (with butter, PB & jam available), fruit, coffee, cereal & milk, OJ, oatmeal, and yogurt. There are lots of tables in the lobby where you can eat breakfast. We only used the breakfast once, but they had to-go cups for the coffee, which was nice on our way out the door to Cafe du Monde :) We didn't use the in-room wi-fi, but there is an in-room router and ethernet cable available for those of you who read that the signal isn't strong. Wi-fi is free in the lobby (again, there's tables you can work at!), but you pay for it in the room. We thought we were going to use the in-room wi-fi but didn't need to when we discovered the free wi-fi in the lobby. Pros: mini fridge, 2 rooms & tvs with a door you can close in between, friendly staff, great location, nice lobby with free wi-fi and room to work, good breakfast. Cons: room could use updating - has old CRT style TVs, bed was REALLY soft (but I prefer a firm mattress), have to pay for in-room wi-fi,

Perfect Location in French Qtr!!
My wife and I stayed April9-11 along with another couple. Location was perfect! Just 1 block from Bourbon St. Able to escape the partying but close enough to get there quick. Enjoyed the access to Ritz Carlton fitness center and spa. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were spacious and clean. This will be the first place that I check on when we go back again. Check out Cafe Beignet on Bourbon street for relaxing jazz in the mornings with breakfast. Also in the evenings too.

Ibervillw Suites
Great expereince. All the amenities of the Ritz for 1/2 the price. We arrived at 4:30 a.m. in bad weather and check in was not until 4:00.p.m. They gave us our room at no extra cost. Free continental breakfast was offered in lobby with bagels, toast, juice, tea, coffee, yogurt, and cereal. Good place to feed kids before venturing out to find adult food. Staff great. Rooms are small suites great for families. We will stay here again.

3 day stay
The room was fantastic. The staff at check in was not very friendly. But didn't deal with them much after that. Check out was much better as they needed to fix an error on my bill. The two elevators to get to your room is annoying but we got used to it. The location is perfect!! Close to everything!!! I would stay here again

Acme oyster house is just down the street! Avoid the pizza place on the corner late at night. Very gross no matter how drunk you are :)

Couldn't get any better!
Vacation to NO with two of my girlfriends from NY (Ages 22-25). Stayed in a suite with a king bed and pull out couch. 2 blocks from bourbon street - perfect. Beautiful hotel -- attached to the Ritz so you can use their spa, concierge, etc. This was one of the most inexpensive places I could find in the area, too! Continental breakfast wasn't grand, but it's free, so it was more then we could have asked for! Friendly staff. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again!
