Not great.
Not worth the price, considering the nicest places in downtown are only a couple bucks more. We were originally placed in a smoking room, which was disgusting...but they happily and quickly let us change to a nonsmoking room the next day. Unfortunately, we did find a MASS of human hair on top of the towels in the new room... Good staff, average hotel, but again, not worth the higher price.

Would not stay there
I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the past and been happy. What was different about this one was the staff. All of them need to take customer service training from the very nice lady who manages the breakfast area. She was the only one who seemed happy and friendly. There are many other hotels in the area so for future trips, I will stay somewhere else.

Second time as good as the first
This was the second time we stayed here on our trip to Shreveport. It's right off the interstate so there's no problem finding it. The room was clean when we got in and housekeeping did a great job on our second day as well. Breakfast was good (especially the pancakes made to order) but could use a bit more variety. Only issue I can see is the possibilty of not having enough parking if you return late. Both times I was here I noticed there were work trucks there that took up multiple spots...only 1 left after I checked in at 11:15pm.

I Liked the Casinos except for Diamond Jacks.Most of the slot machines were broke and they took my money that didn't get refunded back to me.That was my first and last time at that casino.I also liked the Pierre Bossier Mall.
