Parking for cycles is great, you park your bike yourself right by the door undercover and by the security cameras. Attendants were helpful and watchful. Check in guy was a bit snarky but everyone else were very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and bath room. Clean, quite and no smells. Bed sleep well. Only cons and these are minor; Carpet was a bit worn and the breakfast at Smokin Joes was less than expected. Bland omlette and cold waffle. Service was slow but friendly. Waitress is not allowed to split the bill. They do that at the cashier after they find a manager!

Short drive from hotel
Try "Brothers" for good ole Cajun food. Best gumbo I have ever had and the beans and rice is like Mama made for ya. Home made peach pie is wonderful (bring your own ice cream tho) Its about 6 miles right off I 20.

Amazing!!!
My husband and I stayed two days in a standard king room...and wow!!! We felt like we were in a suite!!!! The bathroom was HUGE!!! And the room was so amazing! I cannot say enough about this place! Staff was amazing, very professional and VERY helpful! Never heard neighbors and room service was AMAZING...serving sizes were huge! We did not bring our child along with us but we could have and it would have been totally ok! We will be staying here EVERY time we come to town!!!

The check in was Great! Everyone was great. Very helpful and attentive. Checking out was not so good. They were not very helpful. I had to find the valet my self with all my bags in hand. I went out side to find someone to help me. Several people were stand around, not one offered to help me with my bags. They sent me back inside to a desk. The girl inside did not speck, just took my ticket and called someone to get my car. I waited for about 10 minutes until I saw my car pull up. I went out side and told the guy that it was my car. The guy grabbed the money out of my hand and asked me if I needed helped with my bags . " I was a little perplexed by that question!" LOL

Quiet and Comfortable
The staff were all very helpful, pleasant, and considerate. They remembered me every time I called or went to the desk for a question. My room was a double queen...room and bathroom were large and very clean. The bathroom did not have an exhaust vent...made it very humid after a shower. Pool and casino are small. The hotel location is close to the river walk...lots to do!!

Renovated, Luxurious Rooms
The rooms were nicer than I expected given the overall drabness of Shreveport and the average exterior of the hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly, but the bartender at the bar in the lobby had a less than stellar personality. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
