Hotel was very clean and staff were very courteous, professional, and helpful. For a Boston downtown hotel, the room was fairly large with a spacious bathroom. The walk-in shower was great! The hotel was modern and stylish. Only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from a nearby nightclub/bar with music audible from our 7th floor room. Otherwise though, the room and hotel were great and we would stay there again. There were lots of great dining choices within a 5 minute walk and the hotel was close to theaters like the Wang Center and Wilbur Theatre. The hotel is easily accessed from the Mass Pike. I have stayed in a lot of Boston hotels over the years, and this was definitely one of the best!

The hotel location was right in the middle of all conveniences. The bus and train were a step away from the hotel. There was no free internet connection in the room, but they had a business center where 4 computers were available for guest use and it was very convenient. No free continental breakfast was offered. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and there was a small coffee machine and refrigerator in the room. No safe in the room. Overall,I would go back to this hotel and I would recommend it highly. Oh, there's a Starbuck's coffee shop in the lobby for you Starbuck lover, but it's not open past 5:30p on weekdays:(

I'm from the suburbs south of Boston and the wife and I stayed here after seeing a show on a "night out" so we didn't have to drive home. I was born in Boston and know it VERY well. This is the best value in one of the best locations, trust me.
Room w/ King has a fridge and one of those newfangled coffeemakers with the pucks. There's a good showerhead with good water pressure. A soft mattress, desk with highback office chair and one of those couches that the shrinks have. The building is tall but narrow so all rooms aren't far from the elevators.
There's also a pool on the 7th floor and a cafe with Starbucks coffee in the lobby.
You're about a 2 city block walk from the nearest subway station, the entrance to the Prudential Mall is across the street (through the entrance of the pricier hotel across the street). The Bowling Bar Kings is next door and has great food (avoid the seafood trap upstairs from it). Popular Boylston street is less than a block away and so on.

Fantastic customer service as soon as you step in the front door. Accessible to subway, buses and waterfront. Only downside is that you have to be a member of Omni to receive the free wi fi and other perks. Front desk did not mention or encourage you to sign up to become a member, therfore it would not shock you once you receive the invoice of $10 for a short use of the wifi.

If you lie older hotels with charm & class then you would like the Omni Parker House. The rooms are small, but since I didn't stay in any other Boston hotel, I can't compare room size. The bed we had was a king bed & very comfortable. The restaurant (Parkers) was teriffic - try the Scrod!
If I come to Boston again, I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great but hotel didn't have a lot to offer. We reserved the queen room and the bed wasn't a queen; it was a double. We called the front desk to tell them they made a mistake and that they put us in the wrong room but they claimed it was a queens size bed. We measured the bed and it was NOT a queen.
The queen room was very small but it was clean. The cost of the room was a lot for the very little they had to offer. We were not totally disappointed but we will look for other hotels the next time we go back to Boston.

Picked this hotel for an annual after Christmas 2 day vacation. Stayed at the Hilton Financial and Marriott Long Wharf previously. Choose the Bostonian for two reasons. 1: Location. Directly next to Quincy Market and very close walk, drive, taxi ride to everything downtown. Since most of our activities are around this area, it was a definite plus 2: Good reviews. Recommended by numerous friends
Overall great hotel. Staff was nice and helpful when expected. It felt on the mid-upper scale of hotels. The room and bathroom were nice but nothing crazy to write home about. A few things I didn't like (granted I know it's not common depending on what hotel you are staying at). No ice machine on any floor and a mini fridge you can't use. Yeah, you can get ice from room service but once it never came and once it was super late. Just my own preference, I'd rather have a fridge to use and put my own beverages in than pay $8 for a beer I moved off a sensor.
Overall a great hotel. Location is a big selling point for the Bostonian but for the price there are many other similar hotels within walking distance and would be compareable in price and ammenities if this one doesn't suit your needs. For the winter price of $140 a night, would stay here again.

It was verey average. The location however is pretty good, just 5 minutes walking distance to the Prudential Towers. Other hotels not that far away provided complimentary breakfast at that price. Ok for one night stay.

The Radisson Hotel Boston is located perfectly! In walking distance to almost everything (dining, night life, attractions, shopping, public transportation) and with great services at the hotel as well, the Radisson Hotel Boston is a perfect spot for a quick getaway!

The hotel is very nice, the room was beautiful and the staff at the front desk was extraordinary. The staff in the restaurant, not so much. The hostess was gracious and wonderful, the young lady that bussed the tables was very efficient and polite. The waitress was terrible. She left myself and another guest sitting around waiting on her to get ready to take care of us because she was busy showing off whatever was so wonderful on her cellphone. He and I compared notes to assure ourselves that we had actually sat down and were waiting to be helped. I motioned to the young lady that bussed the tables, she came immediately and I asked for the waitress. I received an irritated glance from the waitress and the young lady that bussed the tables was delegated to see what I wanted; the waitress never returned and I did not leave a tip. I did notice that a gentleman in a very nice suit arrived and everyone jumped to attention and began to immediately appreciate their job security. Overall, I will return to the hotel in the future but I think I'll have breakfast elsewhere.

Wonderful Service!
The only negative is that they charged me twice for parking and for munchies that were not consumed. I noticed it the following day on my e-mail check-out. Called immediately and they were prompt in taking the charges off the next day. Parking was included in my package.

The staff, front doorman to housekeeping make you feel so welcome. Even upon checkout, we were offered a bottle of water...a very nice gesture. There is valet parking and on-site self park, which be pricey. Consider carefully if you need a car - Boston roads are very confusing anyway. The location is a very short distance from Boston Commons and many theaters; a perfection location for both.

Was a great hotel as the Ritz-Carlton and is a great hotel as the Taj. Only complaint was that I could not get the room cooled down, even with the AC on and down all the way and the windows open. Couple of lights did not work, but did not spend that much time in the room.

I was only at the Four Seasons for one night, the staff was exceptional - friendly, courteous, and willing to help. By far the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. I checked in around 8:30pm, but the housekeeping staff was still servicing the room. She had actually left behind a napkin spread on the floor - I think she may have had to clean up a stain. My bathroom counter top was not wiped clean, there was a glass/cup stain from it's previous customer.
However, everything else was great. My room overlooked the park, it was quiet for sleeping, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The hotel does not include internet service, you're required to pay a daily fee for internet. That's a little disappointing given that you're paying a fair amount for the hotel room. I can't compare the costs for parking, however, I was at another hotel last weekend in Boston and paid 1/2 of what I paid at the Four Seasons.

We stayed at the Hilton the same time last year and had no problems, with other guests that is. When we entered our room at 3pm we received a call from the room next door threatening to call security if we did not quiet down. Our 3 year old was excited to see he planes out of our window and slightly raised his voice. Apparently the sleeping pilot next door was not as excited and called us. I would suggest that the hotel separate it's pilots from the rest of the population and if that's not possible, make sure a child is in the room next to them. I all fairness the hotel was not really at fault here completely. We just had an over sensitive neighbor. Other than that I do not know of a more convenient hotel when traveling out of Logan airport.

The main thing that makes the Lenox a superior hotel is the people who work there. From the people at the door, to the concierge, to the wait staff and housekeepers, everyone is pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. The hotel itself is lovely and in very good condition considering its age. It's very centrally located, within walking distance of many restaurants and other attractions. The Copley MBTA station is an easy walk and there is a taxi stand on the Boylston Street side of the hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there is good wi-fi access. Additionally, this is a green hotel that attempts to be completely sustainable - a laudable goal. I will stay at the Lenox any time I'm in Boston.

Got in late on Friday night and was greeted very warmly by the staff. The location of this hotel is blocks from Newbury St., a block from Boston Commons and the Green Line T stop. Couldn't have asked for a better location especially for the price.
There was a little confusion on my part. This site, "O rbitz", dropped the ball because even though you book with them does not mean that you get the exact room you "booked". Thought I was getting a queen bed room but got one with 2 doubles. The staff were very friendly and definitely felt for us with the confusion. They put in a note in case we wanted to change the next day.
The 2 baths in our room proved to be very convenient and so we stayed in the room. I will definitely have this on my list of places to stay the next time I venture to Boston; however, I will not be booking through this site, "O rbitz", again.

We were visiting Boston last weekend. It is a very nice city where you can enjoy simply walking through it and some streets have very charm.

I love the super soft pillows and the huge king size bed. A very spaciou room. The view from my floor, 21st, was excellent. Great location! There is a starbucks in the lobby which I love.
Negative things:
There weren't many channels on the TV.
There is no free wifi in the room.
The tunnels in the bathroom made loud and strange noises sometimes when others flushed the toi0let (that was what i figured to be the reason for the noise.

Even tho' I seemed to arrive at a "bulge" in the check-in line, it moved quickly. The room was exactly what I needed; clean, comfortable and well lit. On the first two floors this is a very busy place, but the guest room floors are quiet. Main floor is well organized and the signage is good, making it easy to find your way around. Convenient to Back Bay and Convention Center.

Location is pedestrian friendly. You can walk all around downtown , through Boston Commons, to various universities. Hotel is ten minute walk from subway. Rooms are pleasant and beds are comfy. The staff is nice anad even evicted some wild partiers at 3:30 AM.

The staff of the Holiday Inn at Beacon Hill made me feel very welcome. I truely enjoyed my stay and had no issues with anything at all. WiFi was free, the restaurant was a terrific place to eat. I was close to every place I went while there. When I go back to Boston I will stay there again!

Clean Room.Shuttle pick up/drop off was very helpful for me as first timer in Boston attending a course.One less star bcos no where did it state on [...]one needs to give 24hrs notice for airport pick up.No restaurant in Hotel, you either eat out or make an order.Added benefit of free morning breakfast.Free wi-fi though not as fast to play Netflix without re-buffering.

The hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Joel on the front desk who checked us in. kudos to [...]the shuttle driver. This hotel shines for value. With complimentary shuttles, parking, and continental breakfast. Could use more space in the breakfast area.
