Copley Square Hotel

The hotel location is perfect. The hotel staff was very helpfull and kind. If I go back to Boston, I would go back to the same hotel. The only area of improvement could be the bathroom... a little small compared to the room size.

I stayed here for business and the location and service was impeccable. All the staff is extremely helpful and the rooms are comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Boston.

This was a beautiful hotel. Great service and ambiance. The only reason they lost a star in my rating is because there was some painting chipping in the bath tub.

Stayed here while attending a conference at Hynes Convention Center. Location was nice- close to the convention center, the subway, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel itself was very chic. The staff were very attentive and there are many nice amenities such as coffee service in the morning and wine in the evening. The restaurant was quiet, but satisfying. The lounge was also a happening place. I was happy that I was able to check into my room at 7:00 in the morning, too. As for the room, it was cute. In other words, it was quite small, but big enough. It had one queen bed, a dresser, flat screen TV, small closet, and a small bathroom. The room was big enough for my 5' 2" frame, but may seem tight for someone big and/or tall or for a couple.

The room and service were excellent. The staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly.

We stayed at the copley square hotel for a long weekend while traveling with friends to boston. the hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. our room was very comfortable, but the original room [...]was a queen, and very small. luckily we were able to upgrade once we arrived. even in the larger room, the bathroom is very small. the staff was exceptional, truly interested in making sure you had a great stay at their hotel. they have a "wine down" hour each week night between 5 and 6, which was very nice, as well as coffee in the same area each morning. we will definitely stay there again when we return to boston.

How nice to show up and be offered a choice of red or white wine and to have wine hour every day from 5-6 p.m.!! Friendly, smart hospitality. Perfect location. Parking is far too expensive. However, the free wi-fi is terrific. It would be very helpful to have one printer available since there is no business office.

I haven't stayed in this hotel before. I was really surprised. It was located a few blocks from Boyleston St. and a short walk from Boyleston and Back Bay Station. There are nearby restaraunts and shops. The Prudential shops are nearby too. I got Breakfast, French Toast, in room one morning. It came when requested and was delicious. I'd stay at Copley Square again.

The location is fantastic--close to public transportation, great neighborhood! Very convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I arrived after midnight due to a flight delay, I had called 7 hours before to let them know and they confirmed my room would be available. It wasnt, they then gave me a short note stating they didn't have a room available, they'd rented it, and referred me to a flea bag hotel 10 miles away. When I arrived ($15.00 cab ride later) I was locked out - the "hotel" was closed, they sent me knowingly to aplace where I was standing on the street with my luggage, no sleep after a long flight, at 1:30 a.m. I called the Copley Square Hotel who then called the flea bag hotel and woke up the night manager. Then I tried to check in, they had no account for the Copley so I had to call again, finally at 2:00 in the morning I got into a room in a hotel that was a Youth Hostel in Europe (on a good day). Unforgiveable. They then tried to make it up to me the next day by giving me a corner room and three petit fours, woopdidoo. Save it, I had to attend an all day conference an present the next day a 8:00 am, the only reason for my three day stay, after the night they put me through. Hapless staff, terrrible place, don't trust them[...]
