Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center

The hotel was amazingly clean, the staff more then friendly. Free food&pleanty of it! Only problem was it was far from First Night festivities and the car service only ran until ten. Other then that the entire staff was wonderful&we had a great stay!

I stayed there for 3 night for a conference. The hotel is not very expensive but comfortable. It includes Breakfast and dinner although I didnot eat dinner in the hotel. The breakfast is pretty good. The room is clean and the location is convenient if you need to go around in downtown boston. There is shuttle to airport. It charges $25 on parking at daily basis.

Excellent hotel with a great complimentary breakfast in the morning. I found that there are not to many places to visit within walking distances (i.e. Pubs), but there are some great places within a short 5 minute drive.

Staff was friendly upon check in. They didn't say much when passing thru the lobby later tho. Had to call own taxi service as they didn't answer the front desk phone call. Room was nice and neat. Cost of the stay was quite high tho. Would recommend this place if you needed a room last minute, but if you have time to search around...you may find a better rate for the same amount of amenities and service.

Front Desk staff was great and very accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast that was included and was fairly close to the action in Copley Square.

We came to Boston to see a concert at The House Of Blues. We were looking for a hotel that was not too far from the venue but provided parking at a reasonable charge. I hate that when staying at hotels in big cities you also have to pay for parking but at least this hotel was only $25 and we were able to leave the car there until 6pm the next day, well after check out time. This allowed us to explore Boston with public transportation all day instead of paying an additional $25 or more at a parking garage downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast had a great selection of food. The pool was not very refreshing on a hot humid day because it was heated but you can't beat the view. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time. Stayed 6 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide FREE breakfast (eggs, sausage or bacon, hashbrowns, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles, coffee, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, etc.) They would change the eggs from cheese filled omelette to southwestern, to scrambled and change the meats from turkey sausage patties to links then bacon. Convenient to the "T", metro lines. Got a 7-day Link Pass and rode the buses and trains all over Boston. Since the hotel is close to the Boston Medical Center, there would occasionally be the sound of an ambulance, but it wasn't for long or very loud.

I was in town on business and the hotel was conveniently located. It's also not too far from the major transportation hubs. Service and price were perfect. I'll be back!

It was great hotel, very clean, newer, good staff. I was attending a convention at the south convention center near airport and I was able to use their free airport shuttle. Location is ok if you are just going to a convention or using hotel shuttle to downtown (which runs not so frequently). There is nothing within a comfortable walking distance (except for CVS), so if you want to dine out you need to take a cab or wait for the hotel shuttle. Overall, if you have your own car, or just staying for business, it is a great hotel.
