could've been better
Out of all the Hotels I've stayed at I must say the Hyatt Harborside is at the botton of the list. The Bathroom floor was dirty, windows you could hardly see out of there was trays left out in the hallways all day from Room Service. They tried to charge us $69 for parking when my car wasn't even on the property "unreal" also there was no fridge in the roon The front desk service could've been better, Acknowledge you customers so people aren't getting so impatient with being in a line for over for so long. The only good thing about my experience was dealing with Joe he was amazing and very helpful

MARVELOUS VIEWS!
Right on the bay overlooking downtown Boston, the views are hard to beat. We had dinner in the Harborside Grille the first night of our stay and the service was superior, the food tasty, and the view of all downtown light up divine. (The Grille is truly fine dining with prices to match so if you want value dining you'll have to go into the city.) Service was excellent, Kathleen our Grille server was a joy to chat with, Roberto at the front desk was always cheerful, even the shuttle driver was funny and pleasant -- he even wanted to be sure we knew the connections to make to get to Isabella Stewarrt Gardner Museum. . Each encounter made our stay at the Hyatt Harborside a memorable one. Great linens on the bed, soothing interior design tones, fine attention to detail, and excellent housekeeping staff. Next time we come I will request a room on the 10th floor with an uneven number. I believe these have a view of the Bay (plus an added premium to the rate for same) but I think it would be worth it. Our view of Logan field suited me too, though, because I love airplanes. (Note: we heard NO airplane noise in our room at any time.) PS Note to Management: YOU REALLY NEED TOWEL RACKS IN THE BATHROOMS. I would happily re-use my towel if I could hang it up to dry, but there was not a single towel rack in the bathroom. This is easy to fix and would save $$ for the hotel.

Money-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
First tip: Don't drive anywhere. Use the "T"!! You can get an unlimited pass for 7 days -- a "Charlie" card -- for $15 and go EVERYWHERE! Not included is the Water Taxi, $10/one way, but worthwhile taking at least once. Tip 2: Near Quincy Market, Zuma (a Mexican/American restaurant downstairs) is wonderful and not expensive. $4 margaritas that are awfully good. If you are lucky Joe (Gioivanni really) will serve you. Tip 3: Climb all 294 steps to the top of the monument at Bunker Hill. It's a breathtaking experience and so is the climb, but well worth it! Tip4: Do NOT miss the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum; $15 admission (less for seniors) and you could spend a day there easily. Marvellous.

Great location for travelers.
I have stayed at this hotel many times before. Though I was not happy with the customer service this time. I guess it really depends on who is working at the desk.

Gotcha
The Hotel had a nice view close to airport and the staff was nice. The food there was good but expensive. Parking was $34 to $40 a night to park in an out door parking lot in the elements with no carwash, wax or oil change -ouch!

Sophisticated, Excellent Value
The Hyatt at Logan Airport is a sophisticated hotel. It is close to the North End, Boston Garden, and Faneuil Hall. Excellent health club and pool facilities with a great view across the harbor of the Boston skyline. Attentive staff.
