excellent 4 star hotel
good location. train stop a few minutes walk away. staff very friendly and helpful couldnt fault them. room clean and comfortable. breakfast good but expensive but there are cheaper options close by.

Very nice hotel great area
Hotel was very close to 3 major subways. Very easy to get around. There was construction right across the street,on weekends area was quite. Room was always clean, had some problems with the bed to soft and and made noise. Pool was closed. No safe in the room, but you could get a safety deposit box down stairs. Would recommend and stay there again

Use the subway, very easy to get around, people were very friendly. Doukin Donuts close by also CVS

loved it!
The hotel was in China town which has a lot of great places to eat. Also, it's really close to the train exit/entrance. Their gym was clean and all equipment was working. Staff was really friendly and was able to answer a lot of my questions.

Summer months would be more enjoyable as you could comfortably walk , however the taxi service was excellent.

Amazing
I stayed at The Hyatt for one night. I am not too familiar with Boston--the hotel staff were extremely helpful with directions. The location is perfect for visitors and residents alike!

Overpriced, nothing special
The hotel was very clean and staff super friendly. However for boasting about its "glamorous pool and spa" BOTH were not open!! The rooms were super tiny and the "city view" was really a corner view into a back alley. To top it off valet parking cost $43 a night!!!! And there was no continental breakfast. The location was prime but I doubt I will be coming back here.

Fine overall, except I 'm very annoyed when hotels at this level do not include wi-fi (available only for a fee).
