Not that great...
The room was so small. And for the Plaza I expected better bathrooms and up to date heating systems. The lobby and bar area are beautiful. But the rooms, no. Also found out a day later they have extensive bed bug issues. So we immediately put our clothes etc that we brought with us in the dryer. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great location, classic hotel
This is in a great part of Boston with plenty of restaurants nearby. The furnishings are older but classic. I've stayed here several times and haven't been disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. They offer a good stay at a good value.

This hotel needs renovating
I have always loved those classic hotels in Boston and the Park Plaza was at one time one of my favorites. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Back Bay, but the hotel is getting very shabby. It is in need of renovating, big time. But it was clean and price and the location made it worth it.

Great location, clean rooms, would stay again
I was here on business for one night, and did not need to spend much time in the room. It suited my needs perfectly though, as the room was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The gym was pretty nice as hotel gyms go, with all new equipment, individual tvs at each machine, free headphones, gatorade, towels, etc (though the ventilation could have been a lot better!) There is a charge of $12.95 for in-room internet, though it is free in the lobby.

Bost Park Plaza
Great location, the walls are a bit thin. I was pleasantly surprised to get my breakfast free when I let the front desk staff know about my noisy late night neighbors.

Elegant Hotel
Great place to stay! The staff was very courteous and responsive. "Standard" room was small but, but nice. Like all old hotels, there are little things that could use attending to (old-style iron and ironing board, un-usable, built in door "closets" that were once used to hang dry cleaning, etc.). But for me those are not a negative, they are quaint.
