Located at the crossroads of New England, the Econo Lodge is conveniently located Route 5 South at exit 13B off I-91. We are within minutes of Springfield, the Basketball Hall of Fame, Six Flags New England, and the Eastern States Exposition. The hotel provides a Free Continental Breakfast every morning to start your day off right and free wireless internet. We also have Whirlpool rooms with 27 inch television. Pet accommodation: 25.00 night, Smoking standard rooms only.

A REAL NIGHTMARE AND A HORRIBLE MANAGER!

I BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS BECAUSE I TRAVEL AT NIGHT. I GOT TO THE HOTEL 3 AM AND WAS AWOKEN BY SOMETHING THAT SOUNDED LIKE A SAND-BLASTER. I CALLED THE MGR. HE SEEMED APOLOGETIC. I HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT ENOUGH SLEEP AND ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. WHEN I CHECKED OUT, HE SAID "IT'S YOUR FAULT!". I WAS SO TIRED AND HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL WHERE I PAID A FORTUNE.I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN. I'LL NEVER FORGET THE EXPERIENCE HAVING JUST LOST MY HUSBAND AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THAT!

DIRTY

Well it honestly sucked. We requested a non-smoking room. There were still ashes and ash tray in the room. I called the front desk and at 10pm Victoria asked if I wanted to check out. They were someone's zPJ's hanging on the bathroom door. The lobby smelled. The man at the desk for check out was sleeping on the couch and barefoot. It is a very dirty place and I am very dissatisfied with the hotel and [...]for even considering such a nasty place It was AWFUL!

My review of Econo Lodge West Springfield

Room key worked for security door, but not my room. Had to go to the lobby for a new key at 9:30 PM -- no one at the front desk, door locked and one of two door bells didn't work. Felt very unsafe in neighborhood trying to get Innkeepers attention.
