SpringHill Suites by Marriott Annapolis

Massive group of kids gathered for some event/reunion just happened to be at the same hotel on the same weekend. Too many people, not enough seats. Difficult to relax with slamming doors and stampeding youths upstairs. Stuck with noise and lines at breakfast with no place to sit. Room was freezing even after adjusting thermostat on wall (placebo?). Front desk staff kept smiles on even with a packed house. Location was ideal: minutes from historic downtown and USNA. Will most likely pass on a future stay only because of the room temp, not the unforeseen youth presence.

I have to say that the staff were the most helpful and friendly folks. THe room was clean.

Pleased by the friendly staff. Accomodating and eager to please. Went out of their way to help. Would recommend this hotel for personal and business travel.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and everything looked brand new. The staff was hospitable and helpful.

I found the hotel very clean and comfrtable. helpful front staff. For mr beds and bathroom are important. They were great Just wish the room was not as cramped but since i wasnt in the room all day it was fine ! had a little problem with the keys. Icemaker room did not open but household staff were very courteous.

Great place to stay if visiting Annapolis, MD; especially the Naval Academy.

no problems at all. Accomodations were comfortable, extremely clean. Included breakfast was diverse, well stocked and superb. Location off major thoroughfairs made for a quiet comfortable stay. Close to downtown Annapolis and attendant nightlife and shopping. All in all a wonderful stay.

I had stayed at Springhill Suites in Annapolis twice before, but my husband had not. we went up with our 17 yr old to watch a Navy football game and see one of our other sons. We got there late friday, and the beds were wonderful; we set the air on fan (for the white noise) and the temperature stayed perfect all night. The free breakfast is the best i have had in hotels with free breakfast--the scrambled eggs and sausage are restaurant quality. and the coffee is wonderful. the hotel staff are most attentive to all guests at breakfast. Saturday night after the football game, our midshipman decided he wanted to stay at the hotel with us, and the sofa in the sitting room is a pull out bed, so he did not have to sleep with his younger brother. the layout of the bathroom is great for families because the sink and mirror are outside of the toilet/shower room. and the suite itself is roomy enough that we were not tripping all over each other at all. it was a great experience, and after a very busy weekend, i came home happy and well rested.

We stayed in Annapolis while we visited Washington DC and Ocean City. Hotel was nice and clean and central to our plans. All went well and would recommend to anyone.

We arrived in the morning so our room was not ready but the front desk staff called us a cab to get to the waterfront district for our boat trip to St. Michaels. They offered us coffee while we waited and were very attentive. Breakfast area was very crowded but decent food. Odd room layout with a jacuzzi tub next to the bed but overall very spacious, clean and comfortable.
