Air Conditioner Out
When I was checking in, the people at the counter were apologizing for the air conditioner that was out and being repaired. That was nice. However, for my troubles on the first night, all they offered was to give me a discount of $9.00, and a fan. Wow was I impressed! They definitely could have done a lot more for me, but didn't. I needed to leave the windows open during the night, but the street noise kept me up all night. When I return to Baltimore, I won't be staying at this hotel.

Nice folks
The staff at the hotel were very nice. The air conditioning in our room was not working. Thankfully it was a moderate few days in terms of weather. If it had been any hotter we would not have been able to tolerate the warmth. Parking is expensive in the downtown area. This hotel is in walking distance of the harbor and a lot of Baltimore. We had a great time despite the non-functioning air conditioner. Would not stay there in the summer without being assured that the air conditioner worked.

Long walk from hotel
There are some great restaurants in walking distance. The Taverne Lebanese was especially good. Also - Faidley's in the Lexington Market is worth the long walk and the so-so neighborhood. Best crabcakes in the world.

Very convenient
The room, or rather suite, was available early in the day, it was clean and tidy. The location was perfect for my trip - conference in close by bigger hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, and staff was very helpful. Initially I had some problems with internet connection but that was immediately addressed through phone call. My favorite: I could open windows! Thank you!

Great value for the money except for parking
Location couldn't get any better because it was close to the harbor and the aquarium which was our primary site of interest. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a variety to choose from at breakfast - waffles, sausages, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, etc. The only thing that I was annoyed about was parking which they charged for but nowhere is it noted on their website. Other than that, it was a great deal and a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel near the inner harbor
This is a great location. The breakfast every morning on the rooftop area is very nice including my favorite belgian waffle maker. The social hour at night is okay including the free wine or beer. The beds were comfortable. It was a little dark in the room. There was free water in bottles. My suite had a living room. The staff was helpful when I had a problem getting my key to work. The woman at the desk was friendly and beautiful. I didn't try the internet. Parking is convenient nearby or their valet parking. That's not the picture of the hotel but the real place looks fine.

Great hotel, great location
This hotel is in a great location if you are attending a trade show at the Baltimore Convention Center, or visiting Inner Harbor. Breakfast and evening reception was nice. Fitness room was great. Highly reccommend for your Baltimore stay.
