Good Quality
Our second time here. Dependable quality: large comfortable room with king bed, two tv's; sofa, chair and desk separated from bed area by a door making the bedroom private and quiet. Also had a fridge and microwave. Didn't use the pool or gym but appreciated the great hot breakfast buffet! We"ll be back next year...

Great deal
We got an exceptionally low price and when we got there found out why...part of the hotel was undergoing renovations. But, it didn't affect any part of our stay, so we were fine with it. Hopefully they will be replacing their bedding because it was really the only thing I could find to complain about!

This hotel is just beyond the parking lot of the Valley Mall and there are other stores withing very short driving distance, including the Hagerstown Outlets!

Ladies with Credit Cards
Girl's Shopping Vacation
The hotel is under major renovation and we wish we would have known that. The pool was dirty, the gym had no air conditioning and all the hallways are torn up. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and tried to make our vacation as enjoyable as they could.

Hotel closed due to water damage
We pulled up to the front door and found a hand written sign that the hotel was closed due to water damage. We were directed to the Ramada Palace, a five minute drive. It was great!!!

The good, the great, and the best....
We came from Illinois to do sightseeing in Washington, DC. The city was too expensive to stay so we tried Hagerstown, MD. Never coming the the east coast before, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were wonderful (very helpful), the rooms were clean and had everything we wanted and the Best part-the breakfast! It was like eating at an IHOP. We defintely will come back someday.

Decent Hotel

Grandson's birthday
Visited with son and grandson, it was his 9th birthday. The location was great for entertaining him-Chuck Cheese just across the street. Able to enjoy activities with them and come back to the hotel for a relaxing swim and down time. Will be back next year. Staff very friendly.
