Not any better than expected
The reception was good. The desk person was friendly. Considering there were not many guests checked in I thought our room was kind of out of the way- like at the complete other end of the building. The most annoying thing was how loud the room heater was as it recycled on a off all night,. Needless to say we did not sleep well at all. The breakfast buffet was good and everything was hot. I was surprised that there were no doughnuts or danish at the buffet. I really should not complain as I really don't need the extra calories.

Not all it's cracked up to be
A pipe in the outdoor pool broke (99 degree weather), wi-fi did not work in room, they actually issued a room key to the room my daughter and grandaughter were staying in and someone walked in on them, and one of the desk staff was rude. The beds were not that comfortable. Breakfast was O.K., not great.

Friendly and Clean!
The Hotel was clean, the staff overly friendly and the deal was great! We received two free breakfasts with our stay and our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if visiting!

Baseball team just down the street and outlet malls only about 10 minutes away! Fun little town!

Worst experience
My husband and I wanted to have a weekend get away but on arrival we changed rooms three times because the hotel didn't have any hot water. Even after changing, the water reached warm but not hot which is unsanitary for cleaning and food preparation. Speaking of food-the guest in a room down the hall was hosting a crab feast in their room so you can imagine what the hotel smelled like. Also the laundry room is in the same hallway, therefore the hotel smelled of bleach and was very muggy because the laundry facility door stays open. The blanket on the bed was very heavy - even my husband had a hard time lifting it. This is the worst experience my husband and I encountered at a hotel.

Great price, convenient location
Compared to other hotels in the area, the room rates were much cheaper. The room itself was well appointed, however, the bathroom needed some minor attention. The employees were freindly and helpful. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

good value
The pool was beautiful, clean and we felt very rested after spending time there Food was very good. Had read, some thought free breakfast was poor...we felt for the money it was adequate and nice service . It was a continental breakfast not a full one.
