My wife and I missed a flight and had to stay in Baltimore. After both being exhausted and discouraged we got to the hotel and had a nice evening of relaxation. Very comfortable room and decent restaurant downstairs with a full bar that was open until 11:00pm.

Arrived by plane and was able to work and enjoy all the great things DC had to offer without the high prices. Great shuttle service and timely service. Wish internet was free for preferred membership and same selection for in room dining and lounge dining.

I staying for 3 days, the staff was helpful in finding places near by to go shopping and find things that I needed.

A business location for sure. Used by pilots as I saw several flight crews. My room was large, lots of everything and appointed very nice. No parking issues, good location-close to highways and harbor DT area. good breakfast buffet. Starbucks in the lobby was nice in the mornings, several computers for use in the business area.

The BWI Marriott was very close to the airport. We chose it because our son travels with his college football team and this was the team's choice of hotel. While it was not close to Navy, shopping, or the harbor area, the hotel staff provided us written instructions to those locations. My family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and there was also a Starbucks in the lobby. I wished there had been a personal safe in the room.

Hotel is good; services breakfast from 6-9, really good food; create your own waffles. Residence Inn has several three story buildings; rooms are cozy and provide all the basic amenities, plus the full-size fridge and mini kitchen. However, there are only stairs, which make it difficult to bring up and down bags or if you cross paths, you need to squeeze by one another. Gym is small with one elliptical and two treadmills and one weight rack; towels provided and space was utilized well and still does the trick for me. Marriott's TownPlace across the parking lot is updated and modern with a more comfortable bed. -Also serves breakfast

Great place to stay, roomy, clean, friendly, great kitchen. Would have liked to have had an oven though so could have baked something, but having a stove really helped. Did have a little bit of a smell in the room, not sure if it was musty or smelled a little like old smoke from some other time. Otherwise, loved the room and place. Would stay there again for sure!! Loved the breakfast and the price was really great!

Great location, close to BWI. Great staff, good continental breakfast. Used the pool, & whirlpool, facilities were clean. Only about 15 minutes to the inner harbor.

the hotel was clean and nice most of the personel was very nice I just thinkthe check in staff could have been more informative. We requested information on a neqar by Catholic church and they new of none. Finally another guest over heard us and directed us.

I would recommemd this hotel to everyone. It is close to the airport with free & courteous shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was very clean. Although we had a balcony room but had no outdoor furniture. The grandchildren were busy at the pool or on the internet. Oh, it would be nice if there was a wall mounted clothes line on the balcony, to dry swimwear on. Ours kinda blew off the balcony rail one night. The staff was ok. I had a question about the printing of boarding passes,to which none of the 3 or 4 staff members I asked could not confirm that I could print all boarding passes for my connecting flight also. They all replied "It should print both," but no one knew for sure. I waited and got the boarding passes at the airport, where I knew I would get all of them. I found a little dust on the monitors and behind them,at the boarding pass printing station and some behind the check in/out station,both on the wall and also on the floor moulding. Which I thought this area was in plain view especially from the waiting/sitting area. But electronic devices do attract dust. As all women know. Maybe it was more noticeable because it was on a black wall. I did tell a staff member about this on my last day. I felt she was more approachable that the others I had seen on duty. I did use the laundry room which could really use a chair. Maybe mount one on the wall just behind the door or under the folding table. The information on the wall stated the washer & dryer run time to be 30 minutes. The washer did but the dryer ran 60 minutes. You either had to go back to your room or sit outside in the courtyard. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is very nice. The grandkids really enjoyed the flatscreen tvs mounted on the wall at every dining table. The hotel was quite,clean,comfortable and a real deal for the money. I really expected to pay more for a hotel room that close to D.C. and a Marriott hotel too. I got an exceptional deal on my flights and hotel. This trip was both my grandsons first flight and we visited the D.C. & Baltimore areas. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I'm not complaining at all. You asked for my opinion. Well. you got it.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the Wingate by Wyndham . The location is convenient due to proximity to highways and airport. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

Myself and friends enjoy our stay very much. The hotel staff was very helpful they made us feel at home.

A good size room with comfortable bed. Very near to the airport and a Chili's Restaurant next door. Serve a reasonably good breakfast. The only complaint we have is that we have to wait about 30 minutes for the complimentary airport shuttle and no explanation was offered why the driver did not stop for us the first time he drove around the airport pick-up area. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Everything was fine except when we took our rental car back the night before leaving. We caught the bus back to the airport, which was just minutes from our hotel. I called and the desk lady said someone would be right over. We waited 40 minutes and no one came. So I called again--she said he would be there any moment. We waited and I called several more times--she said he was always just about to arrive. In the end, after 4 phone calls and waiting 1 hr. and 15 minutes we caught a cab. My husband is 70 and recuperating from cancer treatment. It was night in mid November and we were very cold. Right now he has caught a cold. I thought what happened was very heartless. We got to bed late--the next morning, the hotel van took 3 and a half minutes to get to the airport from our motel.

Nice for a mid-range hotel, and what I've come to expect with La Quinta. Clean room with comfortable bed, which is all I really require when on business travel. Very close to BWI airport, with a free shuttle ride which takes about 10 minutes.

this place was much better than i expected. it might be becuase the location right next to the Marriott. The room was clean and cozy in some what. it had own kitchen with microwave/stove. it also had flat screen tv about 27. The bed was very comfortable too. The hotel had a business room that had two computers and internet. Available to everyone. Only thing i was disappointed was the staff members. The girl who took care of me to check in had little attitute problem. But overall, everything was good.

Nice place to spend some time away from the regular hustle of life.

what do I look for in a hotel? Comfortable beds, great shower, nice towels, flat screen TV, nice furnishings, clean, friendly staff, restaurant on premises, convenient location. The Westin BWI has all these things and a reasonable rate. You won't be disappointed.

Hotel was cheaply put together and it was starting to show significant wear despite it being only 2-3 yes old. You could see things falling apart in the hallways and rooms. The staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable after we complained that the a/c was not working and moved to another room. The pool hours were very restricted for a family. The design was cool, but .. The airplanes were very loud! The prices for coffee and treats were higher than necessary. Not necessarily my next choice.

So this seems to be a relatively new chain of hotels. If you are looking for something different, this is the place. When you walk in you feel like your walking into a low key night club, granted a little brighter. The bar lounge area and check in are all right their with an open concept floor plan. The initial welcome we got was quick courteous and helpful. The hotel is easy to navigate and found our rooms with no trouble. The rooms are .... well lets say not the ordinary. If you ever have seen a documentary on Asian efficacy apt's, that is what this room reminded me of. The room is very bright with floor to celling windows and vibrant colors, as with the rest of the hotels. The bath room looks like it just flows into the rest and takes a second to find the door, when you realize that the giant mirror is the door. The bar was good, the bartender was nice and helpful in giving us hint on places to go. In the morning we had a different hostess and she was the only employee that i would rate bellow average, she just seemed to not care. We did have a few problems.. First there are no locks on the bathroom door and it kept sliding open on its own(shoved a towel in it to hold it shut). When we stayed it was me and my fiancée and we asked for more pillows, we had to ask twice, and it still took about and hour or so to get them. The other thing is that for 100+ a night I think you paying an extra 20-40 a night just for the ambiance of this place. The rooms feels a little... incomplete maybe. Not quite sure how to describe it. I feel like i have had more room and just as good of a room at cheaper chains. But overall very nice place and with a little bit of work with the rooms I believe they can perfect their new concept to hotels and have a very successful chain.

The hotel location was fine, but the room needs works. During my stay I killed 3 larger insects. The mattress was stained. There was no top sheet at all. The shower head didnt work properly. I was not impressed.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport however people regularly hang out outside of the lobby which is right outside of some rooms which can be very noisy.

This was my 5th time to stay at this Comfort Suites. Several times before flying out of BWI for Vacation and several times for family functions in the area. I never been dissappointed and always get a better nights sleep than at other hotels.

This hotel always has friendly staff and good customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because my son is in college in the area. the hotel is close (5 min ) from the airport, the area is safe and clean with a few resteraunts within walking distance. compared to other hotels in the area the price is affordable and a good choice for a short stay.

Traveling to Baltimore for surgery, we needed a hotel in a safe area, access to major highways, and 'exterior' doors so that we could get into and out of the room without having to go through a lobby area. Red Roof met all of these. We requested a 'handicapped access' room; the room was adequate, clear of obstructions and had a large, easily manovered bathroom. But there were odd things that could be addressed by management. For instance, there was no flat surface in the bathroom on which to put anything, nowhere to put you toothbrush without it rolling off onto the floor, and a light over the mirror with no On/Off switch. Other than that, our stay was quiet. The staff was OK, although William should be mentioned as being most helpful and courteous

on arrival the shuttle staff was nice and picked us up at the airport. they were very nice and gave us alot of information. hotel was dated, when we showed up we were considering going next door to a nicer hotel, but decided to stay it was okay, it didn't stink but just needed some updating. i'm used to nicer hotels i guess. the shuttle service was super nice, no need for a car, they have buses and trams everywhere and the shuttle will take you to them. which was very nice. we were only there for a few days and went into washington also. took the amtrak, no problems. there's a few restaurants the shuttle will also take you too. overall it was a fun trip and the hotel was okay. breakfast was not what we expected, the other reviews said eggs sausage waffles, etc. they only served us a normal continental bfast. toast cereal milk juice bagels etc. but it was good.

Believe it or not, my primary reason for selecting this hotel was because they had a weight machine. It looked good on the website; however, it was in less than good condition and did not work very well. That was a major downer.

Very clean and good location. Near BWI and 10 minutes from Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Staff was pleasant and thoughtful features like free laundry, fitness, coffee/tea, etc. Honor system for snacks and drinks at good prices. Overall an excellent value.

there were roaches in the room and when we first got there our reserved room was not cleaned out, so we had to settle with double beds. the housekeeping refused to clean the king room (which we had booked). we had to switch rooms and on top of everything the office was closed so we had to go through the actual extended stay hotline to report the incident.

Where to start? There was food left in the kitchen drawers, half the light bulbs were out, a couple lamps didn't have on/off switches and they weren't touch lamps, the bathroom door wouldn't satay shut, the bathroom was so foul (stains around the toiletbowl, dead bugs, hairs still in bathtub) that we held off showering until returning home (lucky it was a one night stay) there were odd colored stains all over the foor. Oh and pants left in the dresser. We usually try to stay near the harbor but unfortunately the hotels in Our price range were booked up. We didn't think the hotel could be as bad as the reviews especially since there were a few that said the place wasn't great but it wasn't aweful. It was aweful. Again We are glad we were only staying one night.

Everything was great for a business traveler, except: 1. There is a stink bug epidemic in the area, and I found 5 of them in my room over a 3-day period. They didn't bother me or stink, but they were there! 2. The walls are thin, so you can hear other rooms' conversations and "other" noises. 3. There was no parking for me on my last night, so I had to park at an adjoining hotel. Otherwise, it was a great, clean, and friendly place! I might not stay again, though, because the thin walls kept me awake.

I was picking my husband up from the airport and this hotel's location was so convenient to get to and from the airport! Very clean, and the staff was friendly. The room had everything we needed and more and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Great experience!

The girl at check in was great and helpful.No coffie pot in rooms. No tv line up. Hard beds. For the same price in Joppa MD I got a Micro & fridge and nice bed and big room.

The Motel 6 in Lithicum was what I thought it would be. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. The thing that pushed it over to unsatisfactory was seeing a cockroach on the nightstand. Overall the Hotel 6 served it's purpose but if you can spend the dough on a better place.
