Days Inn Oceanfront

Easy check in, very friendly. I could not find a continental breakfast. @ $200+ a night, I would expect some food.

Great location, easy access to the whole boardwalk...Anchor restaurant is great for breakfast, love the 2 pools and close access to the beach.

Went to take a shower and it had long hair all over the wall. Obviously it was not cleaned. It made me worry that the bed was never washed. On a good note when I made my reservation on [...]I mistakenly pisked one king bed when I wanted 2 double beds. I immediately called [...]and was told that nothing could be done and that I could order a second room. [...] I called the hotel and they changed my room with no problem.

For the price we payed, I was disappointed with the size of the room. The bathroom was very small and tight. Our room faced the street and it was very noisy at night. We had to turn on the air conditioner on high to drown out the outside noises. The bed was average, and the pillows were uncomfortable. In my opinion, for the price we payed, we should have been given a beachfront view room which was a little bigger and the bathroom was also bigger and better.

Worst experience I have ever had and I travel a lot. I was handed keys to a shoebox of a room and I was told I had a kitchen with a full fridge and stove. I had a 15 x 15 room with a tiny fridge. I asked the front desk to help and they said there was nothing available but I saw other rooms that were empty near by. [...] Wrong room and no assistance. Every person on that staff was angry and rude. A security was screaming at four people on the balcony above me who werent even loud. Maybe earlier when I was out they were loud but not when I was there. The security evicted paying customers and he was more immature then the kids. He walked them through the pool area where I could see and hear them. HE was on a power trip badly. Another example was when I saw a young kid double park to load his car up and instead of this employee asking him nicely to move he got in the kids face and yelled at him. Every employee seemed angry. Also the resturant on prpoerty was overpriced for the small amoutn of food that wasnt even good. I have never written a review about a hotel before but this one was terrible. I will never go back to days inn again.

Located right at the boardwalk which is very convenient. Would get up early in the morning and go for a walk on beach. Get the kids and grab a good breakfast and go to the beach. Having the hotel right there was great when we forgot something in the room and the car was never really used while on our stay. Most of the time we walked to dine out. After a sandy day at the beach we'd return to the pool which was clean and refreshing for all to enjoy.

The Days Inn lived up to our expectations in regards to their location and easy beach access. However, the room was in need of many repairs including a bathroom door that only opened 10 inches. Although the bathroom was relatively clean, there were cigarette burns on the vanity, the door was splintered, and there were stains on the floor. The rugs were also very dirty, making our feet black as we walked across them. Although the location is appealing, the price was inflated in light of the condition of the rooms. We will not be returning.

Good location. But the toliet was running, the sink didnt work,and the shower didnt have hot water.

The main building of the hotel is right on the boardwalk. But we had a room in the smaller buidling that is on Baltimore Ave. The room is literally about ten feet from the street. So, we could hear the street traffic all night long. Luckily, the AC unit was almost as loud and served as a white noise generator covering up most of the street noise. My four year-old daughter had no trouble sleeping thru the nights. The room we had was small but clean. The bathroom was very small. It took a little getting use to for the three of us. The carpet in the room felt a little damp when we arrived. I think it had just been steam cleaned. It got better after the first day. The parking situation was really not bad. There was street parking right outside of our room, and we could also park right across the street in the parking lot reserved for the hotel. It is great to have your car so close to your room. There are two regular swimming pools, but both are small. There is also a toddler pool, which my daughter enjoyed. One last note: the receptionist at the front desk was courteous, and house keeping was great. All in all, I think this is a great place to stay for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again.
