Very good
The hotel is very new and clean . The girl at the front desk was really helpful and recommended a great place for lobster. Overall a really nice experience at the Marriott in Bangor , I would definitely go back.

COMFORTABLE,CLEAN,GREAT PERSONNEL
VISIT WITH FAMILY. WENT IN AND OUT OF HOTEL WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND NO ONE BOTHERED US ABOUT IT. ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

Jungle Bunnies
Loud Room and terrible customer service!
Front desk service was terrible and they weren't helpful or pleasant and they didn't like answering any questions and became very aggravated and nasty. They put us in a room by the elevator and the ice machine, which both were very noisy all night long. Thank God the people getting off the elevator were quiet, or it could have been we just didn't hear them over the roar of the ice machine running all night. There was only one mirror in the room and it's in the bathroom with a large vanity in front, not good for people with contacts.

A night to remember
It was a wonderful experience, the only problem related to things out of the hotels hands. The high school hockey and basketball tournaments were both in town, and people's children were noisy. So the only suggestion if you want quit,e pick this hotel, but only when there aren't tournaments in town. I think that would go for any hotel though. The staff were very friendly and helpful,even providing hand written directions to a specific location. They really put me in mind of the old adage "Service with a smile" I didn't rate the Pool or Exercise facilities because I didn't use them, but by the sound of it, the kids really enjoyed them.

Short drive from hotel
The Bangor mall is but a few minute drive (5 minutes or less depending on lights), there is ample shopping opportunities very close and many restaurants of good quality.

Travel to Bangor Me.
We were well pleased with everything at the Hotel. We were able to Travel from the Hotel to any place we liked. We found Great Resturants near by along with the Street and Hwys , we could go were ever we wished. This Hotel was the best that we have stayed in last 10 years. We traveled to Canada, Booth Bay, Bar Harbor and Caribou, Me.

Ccourtyard Bangor
