Very Friendly Staff, especially Sofia at the front desk. Gave us maps and recommendations on where to go. Free Morning coffee, cereals, etc were a treat. Dock Square in Kennybunkport was 5 minut scenic ride on the ocean front

Good, clean, and friendly
I chose this location because I needed a room with two beds. I took a trip with my adult son. The room was large and the bathroom was too. The room charge included breakfast ... cereal, pasteries, juice and coffee. Quite nice! They have a nice pool and grass areas to sit and enjoy the scenery and surroundings. The staff was excelloent. You couldn't ask for a more accommodating front desk and staff.

Get reservations for dinner. This is a busy travel destination. The restaurants are excellent, but you should call ahead.
