You get what you pay for

Cheap and okay accommodation. I needed a place to crash for a few nights. My days were spent mostly out. The walls are thinner than you would expect. I could clearly hear the conversation in the next room. There's not many food places walk-able from the inn. If you have business in Ann arbor, I would suggest this hotel if you have a car.

Clean but below par

The room was clean, but the tv was dated and could not be rotated to be seen from both beds. Continental breakfast was below par and the bagels were stale. OK for the price but wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

Great for a brief trip

This was a great place for a clean, comfortable good nights rest. The only downside was that there were no amenities and the water pressure was too weak

Basic

Small rooms, clean, with courteous staff. Very convenient location, not far from downtown Ann Arbor. No restaurant at the hotel, but several within easy driving distance. One real negative was thin walls - lots of noise from an adjoining room.

this was your basic bare bones hotel. it was clean. and is fine as long as you are just planning on sleeping there and tooling around ann arbor.

great for business

This hotel is in an excellent location for my business trip, easy to get to downtown or north of the city, Nice, clean rooms, quiet, lots of hot water. I did not have the breakfast so I can't comment, great value for the price. Jan

No frills but adequate

This hotel is located with easy access to US 23, which makes getting in and out easy. It offered basic amenities, but it was good value for money. The room had a musky smell. Breakfast could be improved. Coffee was awful. Wireless Internet did not work. Would recommend only to a friend looking for an inexpensive basic room.
