front desk staff was very helpful and gave us directions to get places. hotel was very clean but the shower drain was a bit slow. provided a pack n play for my baby to sleep!

Holiday Getaway
The weather was beautiful. We visited lighthouses and the beaches. The hotel could have had a little better service. They didn't even make the beds the first night after requesting the service.

Don't travel on holiday weekends--the area is over-populated with tourists. Parking is very difficult unless you get there early!

Fun 4th of July
Very nice rooms, quiet even though it is right next to a highway, guess also I was lucky to get the room at the end of the hallway so nobody was walking by at any time

horrific
It was horrible .... The room was filthy.. We did't get to our room until late and everything else was booked up.... It was a horrible experience for our family.... we had to sleep with the light on... the countertop in the sink area was totally filthy.... The bath tub had mold around it .... the inside had hair and filth.... and the ceiling was black with filth....... We could barely sleep and non of us could shower.!!!

Great service - needs updating.
Maid service and front desk were very helpful. Needs updating - but great arrangement with restaurant across the street for free breakfast that was absolutely great.

Great staff, but tiny room
We stay here every time we go to Michigan, but in the past two years, the quality of the rooms seemed to have diminished. The staff was always really nice.
