Tigers Game Getaway

One word. Amazing. I can't believe the price of our room. It was a great value and a perfect location right near greektown. The amenities were amazing and the room was huge! Very friendly staff and we had a great night even though the game was cancelled. There was 2 flat screen TVs in our room and we were able to watch the Wings game instead. Short walk to all the bars!

Tigers Game Getaway

One word. Amazing. Our room was huge and I still can't believe the size of the room for the value. This room was the perfect price and location for the tigers game and bar hopping in greektown. Even though the game was cancelled we still enjoyed time in the room watching the Wings game. Our room had two TV's and enough space for all of us. It's only a block from most bars in greektown and they actually have their own free shuttle to get anywhere else! Great hotel!

Will stay there again...

This was my first stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and within walking distance to the casino, people mover, and bars. The room was beautiful, and I was surprised that it had two levels. A nice comfy sitting room when you walked in with big screen tv, and then a few steps down the king bed and another big screen tv. Very nice! We also highly recommend the Fish Bone Restaurant. We wound down the day with a few drinks at the bar , and ordered some of the best sushi ever to take back to our room to enjoy. The mixed drinks were generous, and the staff friendly and efficient. The only complaint is that a few of the light bulbs were burned out, the TV's were dusty and dirty, as well as the furniture. A few extra electrical outlets would be nice as well. We had to unplug the bedside lamps to plug in our phone chargers. Also, fresh brewed coffee in the lobby would have been a nice added touch. All in all though, we were happy with our stay, and the staff were friendly, and informative.

Surprisingly Convenient and Enjoyable Urban Getaway

Picked this hotel as a spontaneous weekend getaway location and found it to be first rate. Right in the middle of Greektown restaurants and casinos, easy in and out with hotel validated parking in garage across street from lobby. Only minus was our room was adjacent to elevator (noisy). I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Great Value & Excellent Location

Excellent location in Greektown and a short walk to Ford Field. Room is quite large and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Exercise room is adequate, though nothing special. Excellent value and highly recommended if you need to stay in Detroit.

Anniversary night

We had a wonderful experience! We checked in and were offered a free shuttle throughout the night, so we took advantage of it when we traveled to a show at the Detroit Opera House. Before leaving for the show, we dined at Fishbones, which is attached to the hotel. The food was AMAZING! After the show finished, the shuttle returned and whisked us back to the hotel quickly. We ordered late night room service and everything was prepared as we requested and delivered promptly. The room was large and luxurious, but it was "scented" with a room freshener that tickled my sensitive nose, those with allergies beware! All in all, it was beautiful and we will definitely return! Noontime check-out was appreciated, as we lounged all morning!
