Big brother
Never stay at but got billed
Supposed to stay at but because of the airline, was delay and never got to grand rapids to stay at. Asked to refund the money but never. Please don't stay at this hotel.

Very nice and clean, very friendly staff
It is located right by 96, east to get to although it is set back and not easlily spotted. The only thing I would change is there chairs in the room. They were like kitchen chairs and not comfortable to relax in. As a senior and with leg problems it is not easy to set on a bed to read or watch TV. Everything else including there breakfast and their hospitalty was great. We were there for a funeral so we did not do much around town

Cute, comfortable hotel
Loved the fireplace and holiday decorations. The warm eggs, sausage, and other items were a nice surprice on a cold rainy morning. The King beds were very comfortable. The staff had a smile for us as we walked in the door, after a long flight. We would stay again.. It is next to the Meijers and hard to locate from the road...But, worth it.

A Good Quick Stay
The two things I look for is a good hotel accommodation are cleanliness and bed comfort. This hotel was a five star in each of these categories. The only reason for a less than total five star rating is that the hotel is beginning to get a little rough around the edges as it heads toward it's next, probably first, redecoration.

I selected this hotel based on the advertisement of a full breakfast and dinner reception in the evenings included in the hotel rate. Breakfast and dinner where both wonderful. Hotel staff was kind and efficient. The pool was clean and warm enough to be enjoyable. The wireless internet was fast and worked the entire stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place to stay
Good location for airport access. Can easily walk to shopping center and good restraunts. Excellent front desk, very good breakfast. clean room, very good pool and excercise facilities.

The hotel was great ! Great price too
Clean and cozy hotel the fire place in the lobby is a homey touch. It was very nice to have a book to choose also. Loved the homebaked cookies,nice bonus. Would stay here again.
