Good Stay
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was what you would expect from a complimentary buffet. Rooms were dated but clean. Late adult pool hours were great! Overall, the stay was good.

Very Nice
The hotel staff were very nice. We went in the swimmming pool and hot tub, and we were a little disapointed that the pool was so so cold!! The hot tub was nice and hot like I like it but, I didn't like the scum around the edge,also it looked like we were taking a bubble bath. Our room was very nice and clean, well keeped up, but they need to buy new blankets. I was so cold,that I didn't sleep very well.Other than that we had a great time. Next time I will bring an extra blanket.

Good location
Dirty and noisy hallways. There was popcorn on the hallway floor when we got there and it was still there when we left 2 days later.

Very nice room for the price and locatio
Went to Grand Rapids for Art Prize and Meijer Garden and this hotel made it easy to get to both. It was also close to some great shopping. The hotel is well cared for and the staff was very helpful. The pool was a bit small but still nice. Breakfast was better than other hotels I've been to of this size. I've stayed at other places for business in Grand Rapids that were slightly nicer but much more expensive. I'd definitely stay here again.
