SpringHill Suites by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport Southeast

I picked this hotel due to the close proximity to the airport and price. Excellent value with suite like rooms and breakfast included

We were very impressed with how clean our suite was, and the friendliness of the staff. It was very well located for major Grand Rapids area attractions. We were quite pleased with our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. The only drawback was the miniscule signage posted on 28th street and Hotel Avenue--we were constrained to call the hotel to ask for directions as a result of missing the tiny sign.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. I really liked the fact that it was more like a suite than just a room, with a seperate sitting area. Also, it was great with the Target store so close if one needed something.

Instead of driving an hour north on snow covered Highway 131 and returning the next morning I decided to find a place to hide from the impending snowfall. Spring Hill Suites is a nice quiet hotel away from all the traffic and noise of 28th Street but still close enough to all the good restaurants in that area and less than five minutes from the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, comfortable and warm. I like the single serve coffee maker in the room and the spotless kitchenette. The room had a nice big flat panel television that was viewable from both rooms in the suite. Although the hotel is hard to find if you don't know the area, and the road leading to the hotel is low priority on the city's snow plow list, it's well worth the search. I'll definitely look them up next time I'm snowbound in Grand Rapids.

We stayed 3 nights for a quiet, restful get-away. We had great service with a comfortable and spacious suite. We loved being able to use the fridge and microwave for quick meals and snacks to save money for the nice dinner out. They provided breakfast for us too. We were surprised to see it tucked away in the woods surrounded by beautful fall trees, yet so close to shopping and restaurants. We would go back again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Only thing they forgot to include in the design of this new hotel is insulation between rooms. We heard a lot and neighbors weren't shouting.

This is a great new hotel!! It is just off the main drag (28th) so it is very quite but still close to everything. The Desk staff (Martha) was very help full and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast great and having a Bar in the lobby was a nich touch. It is much nicer hotel then the Courtyard.
