Super 8 Grand Rapids Airport

Needed a cheap place to stay for work, and it was just that. Staff were great, but other than that, I would say splurge and spend the extra 20$ to stay across the street.

This has to be the worst establishment with the worst customer service I've ever walked into. My husband and I had made a reservation a month and a half in advance. Our flight had been delayed by almost two hours, we ended up arriving to the hotel at 2am when we should have been there at midnight. When arriving to GRR we were told that one of our suitcases (we had checked it at the gate) had gone missing (found out later it went to Santa Ana, CA). So,we were even more delayed at GRR for this reason. When we explained the situation to the insensitive woman at the front desk we were greeted with nothing but rudeness and attitude. We were told our reservation had been automatically canceled in their system after 1am, however we could dish out more money for a room and still have to check out by noon that same day. Sufficed to say this hotel has gained an unhappy customer that will make sure and warn anyone that might consider staying there. The place smells too!

The overall experience was pretty good. Only problem was the internet was down that specific day. My bad luck.

the room is clean and quietly every thing ok not too bad

King Bed was extremely comfortable. Room had non feather pillows as requested. Room was quite large, Internet service was free and worked well. Air conditioner was pretty quiet and efficient. The staff ignored their own advice about recycling towels. Drain in bath was very slow and not fixed after request. Walls were thin and hall was noisy at times, especially on a couple of occasions at night. Overall pretty good for modest price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful our room was not what we had that and the staff changed it to a wonderful room. The only down fall was that the tv does not have anything worth watching on it at anytime. Over all the hotel was very clean, nice staff and rooms were very quite. Just update the tv system and it would be a wonderful place.

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Was in town just for a nights rest, shower nothing fancy. For the price you can't go wrong.

BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW.....Was close to Grand Rapids and restaurants everywhere. Room was good size but TV did not work correctly, towels were hit or miss, ice service was a chance encounter and smoke-free meant everyone stands outside under the windows and smoked everything they could wrap their mouths around. Good morning coffee. Price was absolutely great!! People were friendly and I was their on a holiday weekend and it is true,.. No one comes out to fix anything on a holiday.

Flying out early AM, just needed a room at a good price; nothing fancy. Desk staff was courteous, easy to communicate with. Late night arrival but still felt welcome.

Rooms were clean and good. Breakfast was simple. Cost efffective for my business trip .
