coming back after multiple stays
The hotel is undergoing renovations. The staff does everything they can to put you in a new room. I'm a Radisson Elite, and I get upgraded from a room to a suite every stay. I've made multiple stays at this location, and it does just fine. A heated pool would be nice, but room is clean, breakfast is hot, and staff is very friendly. What else can you ask for? I'll be back.

sisters funeral trip
I was in town to bury my sister, after the first night my plans changed, so I needed to check out. But of course your contract as The Manager [...] and numerous [...] even a rep from Carlson head quarter told me that I will be charged for the entire reservation. [...] was the most non compassionate one of them all, everyone told me it was up to the other person to cancel the remainder of my Reservation, I know you are in the business of making Money, but if you all feel it is a good business decision to make money that way, I can see why the Hotel was practically empty going into a holiday wek end.Do you think thats what your customers expected when you first open up? and today it is less of an expectation? I dont think so.

best time
went on wine trail and had a great hote lto relax in at theend of the day. Hot tub was wonderful, but the heated pool was cold. They have an impressive breakfast bar complete with biscuits and gravy, waffles, coffee and much more. The staff was friendly. Would definately go back.

very nice hotel staff
Bathroom was not in good shape. It was moldy and in need of repair. It was also very small. I would have felt better paying less. The young man at the front desk was very nice and accommadating!

I chose the location because it was close to restaurants. We found two good sports bars that we enjoyed. It took a few times to figure how to easily get out on the main road.
