Horrible experience - charged for smoking fee when it was someone else on our floor
Our family stayed here when we went to the Air Zoo. I smelled smoking in the hallways, and i suppose i should've said something, because WE were charged for a smoking fee. I, disputed the charge, and Customer service would not remove the charge. Staff was rude and not helpful. Jacuzzi tub was grimy, and i found mold in the coffee urn in the room. When i mentioned the coffee urn, the front desk person brought the housekeeper out into the lobby to reprimand her - AWKWARD. I would never stay here again. It was horrible and very disappointing. The value is lost when you get charged an extra $150 for no reason. Lost a customer forever, Quality Inn

Good price, nice interior
Nice hotel, but a little difficult to find a place for dinner. We were towing a boat/trailer, and they were flexible about where we could park. The pool was nice, and had a fenced in outside area, too.
