WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!

This has to be the worst hotel in the US!!! Save your money and do not stay here!!! See full review

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

Value Place

Very reasonable for the price if you are staying the whole week and just needs a place to sleep .Be careful booking online- reserved with one sleeper sofa and a queen bed but surprised to find only one bed .My son and I had to sleep on the floor for the first night and bought an air mattress the next day.The place was fully booked i was told.Very spartan amenities and make sure you bring your own toiletries. If you just want a place to sleep then this maybe for you.For a more relaxing family vacation, i definitely would recommend some other hotel.

cheap place - they nickle & dime you tho

[...] they charged me a day earlier than reserved because they have a skeleton crew on sundays (my day of arrival).$10 for internet for the week (extra)$7 linen service (they add on without asking)$100 deposit takes several days to get back. They will charge your debit/credit card for $100, so be warned.

Cheap If Staying For a Week

We only stayed two days the Value Inn was not worth it! Two very cheap towels were in the bathroom (3 of us in the room)- no hair dryer, no ironing board. We were there for a tennis tournament so not in the room all day thus we missed the chance to turn in the dirty towels so we had to go to Kohls and purchase some. No daily cleaning of the room which is fine but wish they had a way you could acquire new towels. No utensils or plates so difficult to make use of the kitchen in the room. ELevator and hallways had a foul odor.

Not close shopping - there was a KMArt not too far away but not in the best area...
