Americas Best Value Inn

This hotel was dirty! Our room wasn't cleaned and the beds weren't even made! Maid put a new wash cloth with new soap and shampoo on the bathroom counter and that was the extent of the room being cleaned. Someone decided to have a pool party at 2 am..playing loud music,etc. I tried to use the bathroom on the ground floor and it was totally trashed. Pluged toliets no t-paper, dirty, dirty, dirty! Tried to use it the next day and it was in the same shape! It hadn't been cleaned in 24 hours!!!! Staff seemed nice. Continential breakfast was disturbed by an woman who used horrible language (there were small children in the area) she was dropping the F-bomb over and over again and the staff did nothing about it! Way over priced!

elevator stuck on my wife and some and receptionist said just press button. that didn't work. that hotel was nice at one time but it doesn't look like owners have invested anything in fixxing it up. towels chincy look old and drab. work out room one little culing bar ten lb weights on it bike seat torn no watter in watter machine. elevator stank. for paying 100 it was bad. non smoking smelled like smoking. the temp of pool i fellt like i was in a hot tub not refreshing. take pride in your hotel

for the money it was exactly what I expected. this hotel as alot of unrealized potential. the picture makes it look better than it is. If all you want is a bed for a cheep price this is it.

Hotel is old and needs remodeling, rooms where clean, hot tub was not working. Halls are very dark and the floor was slippery on the elevator from people get in and out of the pool.

We arrived early in the morning, and had to carry our luggage up to our room as they could not find the three luggage racks at 4:30AM. There was no microwaves as previously told and would have to wait to get a refrigerator. Saturday night there was an argument under our window outside between two men drinking beer in the parking lot three feet from my car. Wasn't sure how out of control it was going to get. Mattresses were old and could feel the springs, and the chairs were difficult to get out of, and could not push back from the table in them, so could not use them at the table. We will not be back.

excellent location right off the highway. close to frankenmuth. hotel staff was very nice and personable. nice play area for kids.

Well the room overall was nice it was king size room with pull out coach, they did not have a refrigerator and microwave.However u could rent 1 for 10 dollars a night we paid 124 for two nights on a holiday weekend not bad that with tax. They have a microwave in the pool area that you can use. It was a decent hotel overall for the price. Not 3 or 4 star. But ok. The best hotel that I have seen that was a America' Best Value Inn. It use to eb a Best Western. I would stay again. Not far from Frankenmuth or Birch run Went to frankenmuth for dog show like 10-15 min away. And it is dog friendly.

This hotel used to be a Best Western. The Best Western sign is actually laying in the parking lot. The room cards still say Best Western but the logo has been colored over with a permanent marker. There was loud music playing from cars in the parking lot. There was often trash littering the halls. We actually walked past a chicken bone laying in the hall several times. Overall, the place was a dump, located directly across the street from a hotel that has rates by the hour (even MORE frightening looking). Not worth the money.
