Overall the stay was good. The only issue that I did have was that the room A/C we extremely louder than I felt it should have been. Due to the busy weekend, the hotel was booked and there wasn't much that could have been done. The location was great, you could walk to places to eat. The only thing better would have been located on a beach, but then it would have been worth a lot more. For a quick weekend, and just needing a place to sleep I would and probably will stay at the Super 8 on my next trip to Traverse City.

Nice room / Bad timing
Room was nice and staff did all they could to keep every one comfortable which was no easy feat . . . the wkend we where there Traverse City got about 16 " of snow and they had called a State of Emergency trees and power lines where down EVERY where the Hotel lost power along with half the city also cable and internet and dispite all that stilll had a good time .

Family Reunion in Traverse City
Booked the Handicap Accessible room for our special needs; room was of good size & amenities, but need some TLC in the bathtub area,,,a little too black and moldy for my liking.

Traverse City Super 8 Hotel
The hotel is conveniently located and quiet (at least from the room we stayed). However, the equipments need to be updated even though they are neat and clean.

Out of Town Wedding
Super 8 - Traverse City, MI Conveniently located on main thoroughfare (Front Street) across from the bay. We stayed here in order to attend a wedding in Sutton's Bay. Our room was very clean; cleaner than a lot of other motels we have stayed in. We were there really only to sleep and clean up. The housekeeping staff greeted guests in the hallways. The desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our bed mattress was not the most comfortable and had I known the rooms layout I would have asked for a room further away from Front Street to cut down on traffic noise.

Disc Golf
Nice place to stay in Traverse City
My brother and I stayed in Traverse City to do a weekend of disc golf. The hotel was on a great location to the courses, meals and entertainment other than disc golf. The hotel was great. Very clean quiet. The only bad thing was my pillow was too hard, and the was no big deal, haha!

Below par for Super 8
One stay while biking in Michigan. The staff was nice but couldn't answer my questions about slow Wifi connection. If this had been a business trip I would have moved to another hotel because the connection was virtually impossible to use. Breakfast was OK, nothing special (but it's free). Room lacked furnishings appropriate to a low/mid priced national chain. The price was really low but probably wouldn't stay here again.
