Nicest hotel staff I've ever met!
I don't usually do all the planing and what not, so I was a little nervous, but as soon as I walked in some one at the front desk hopped to my rescue! He was happy to explain to me in detail what I had to do, and when it came to filling out the paper work, being that I had no idea what I was doing, he was good humored and helped me the best that he could. Then after returning very late to the hotel, probably around 2 A.M. some one was still at the desk! When we asked her for 4 extra pillows, even though it was ungodly late, she was good spirited and very happy to help, we even joked around for a bit before heading to our room! so over all the staff there went above and beyond my expectations. The room its self was immaculate, very clean, the set up was awesome, the T.V. and the cable was amazing, and very useful, the room its self was huge with a great view, the bed was so comfortable! and it was completely silent the whole night, didn't hear anyone from any of the other rooms, so any light sleepers would enjoy this place. The pool area looked amazing but we ended up leaving and coming back to late to enjoy it, we also missed out on the complimentary breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been great. I would recommend this place to family's, or even just couples looking for a good place to have some relaxing together time. We even saw a birth day party going on in the pool area so I think they allow that too, which is also amazing! so this place is a good stay for just about any one!

Hot Tub Disappointment
We were not told before we checked in that the hot tub was out of order. I brought my nieces out for a girls weekend, and we always look forward to relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the evening after our long day. We were VERY disappointed with this.

Will Think Again About Staying Next Time
Our stay was a noisy stay. Every time the heater started it was so loud it woke my wife and myself up during the night. When we told the receptionist she said the maintenance guy was coming in to fix the problem. Why would one give a guest a room that they knew was noisy. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot, so they weren't booked full. We stayed on Friday and Saturday night after Thanksgiving.

Great stay in St. Cloud
