The location was nice. The AC/Heater in the room was either all or nothing. Room was very clean though. Work out room was a huge dissapointment. Could use some new treadmills and stair steper.

Clean, comfortable, great staff went out of their way. I'd stay here again. Wish there was more fruit on the breakfast buffett.

Pros - given this was the State Basketball Championship weekend it was nice to find a room (barely) under $100. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are decent sized for a family of 4. Hotel has decent amenities, but their lack of attention to details pretty much cooked their goose in my mind. Cons: 1. Hallway smelled like smoke. If our room would have smelled like the hallway we would have asked to have been moved. 2. Whirlpool was broken. To their credit, the water was hot and you could use it, but the jets were shot. The kill switch on the wall was very loose which was probably the cause. This type of inattention to detail was a common issue throughout our stay. 3. Our room was dirty. Dust on the tables, on the toilet, and pretty much everywhere else. Also a long black hair in our tub. Yum. Housekeepers here obviously do not take pride in their work. 4. The TV was a 27" Zenith from 1992. With the cost of flat screens today this hotel would go a long way towards improving guest experience by upgrading their televisions. 5. Breakfast bar was well stocked, but the food was very average. The biscuits were dry, the oranges were dry, the pastries were dry... They were out of both decaf coffee and orange juice. Speaking of coffee.. 6. There was no coffee maker in our room. We had the coffee, the cups, and everything else you need to make coffee. 7. There were 3 bath towels for a family of four. Yes I could have called the front desk and got a coffee maker and another towel, but you'd think with a double room booked for 4 they'd be ready for that. (I also consider this a housekeeping responsibility) 8. Sign at the driveway isn't lit up. Drove right past it on our way back from dinner. There's a Baymont, Candlewood & Country Inn all clustered around this hotel so I will definitely try them before staying here again. You can really tell that Wyndam is slipping - I've stayed in many of their resort properties and was hoping that this hotel would share their care for the little things. They obviously don't.

The room was nice but we did have a problem with ants in the room, pool was ice cold and the whirlpool didnt work very disappointing. was looking for time to relax but couldnt.

Was looking for good mid-range hotel and was very pleased. Spacious, clean room and helpful staff. Only potential drawbacks for others: not much of a biz center; only 3 treadmills for a fitness center. But, I'd stay again!

As new parents this was one of our first trips away without our son. The hotel was average at best. I will add the disclaimer that it was a Mizzou football weekend so they were pretty busy. Pros: It is in a nice/quiet area which is easily accessible. Large rooms with a comfortable chair and desk so all the time in the room does not have to be spent in bed. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent with biscuits and gravy and most other items expected with a continental breakfast. Cons: Front desk clerk was not very professional upon arrival. Room was very hot when we checked in. We basically went in the room, turned the air down and left because it was so hot. Rooms were out of date. Not really a big deal to me other than I expected a little nicer for what I paid. The biggest problem that I had was specifically with our bathroom. It was horrible. The drains in the bathtub and sink were both broken and would not stay open. We had to completely remove the drain from the sink (pull it out because it was not attached to anything)and had to hold the plug open in the tub to let it drain after our shower. There were several other small things in the bathroom such as the fan cover was hanging down, the shower handle fixture was not screwed in properly, etc. The major problem was with the drains because either the cleaning people knew and did not care or they did not know because they had not properly cleaned the bathroom. Either option is not acceptable. Bottom Line: Decent hotel. Little overpriced. Below average service. Would stay there again if I could not find anything better.

I had booked a non-smoking room and they told me my room was non-smoking, but it certainly had been smoked in for a long time. The smell hit you as soon as you opened the door. The shower curtain had mold along the bottom. Otherwise the room was nice.

I was fairly pleased with the hotel until I tried to take a shower the next morning. First there were no towels in the room, an oversight but not a huge deal. I called the front desk and explained the situation and was made to feel that it was an inconvenience for him to help me out. Once I had the towels I discoverd the shower had not been cleaned from the last guest. After cleaning the shower and then myself I went down to breakfast where every one of the tables was dirty. The hotel rooms were pretty comfortable but they REALLY need to invest more in housekeeping.

As I am a swimmier, I was very disappointed in the pool area- smelly, cold water and whirlpool was nonfunctional. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink and the descriptors were incorrect- promised a couch and there was none.
