Never again
This hotel was horrible the staff was rude. There was only one door in an out and the guy at the front door was always questioning people. He even entered a room and to claim the stole something which he had no way of doing. We never used our room and and an emergency and even though we didn't use the room try wouldn't refund us. Something to consider because you will want a refund once you see the rooms. Spend the extra 30 bucks to stay at a better hotel. [...] Stay on the plaza or downtown worth the extra and book directly save yourself!!

You can find someplace better
We went to KC for the NASCAR race and booked this place last minute. Nothing else was really available, so this was what we were left with. It's in a decent location centrally located. It was clean enough, but the place overall is really old and could use some renovation. We were only there to sleep for one night. Plus by the time we booked it the prices all over the city had already spiked so we definitely overpaid. But that was all that was left.

This hotel is very nice and really good.
We stayed have stayed at this hotel several times, and it really is good location wise. The rooms are quite, and very clean. The Staff is very kind and helpful. We stayed here on the day of a sprint center event. It is really affordable compared to the other hotels. This is a great hotel which i recomend to any one.

the Sprint center is very close it is almost around half a mile to a mile away. Many great restaurants, and other great entertainment place near walking disntace!

I stayed at the location due to price, which was still way to high, the room was falling apart, the shower had no pressure, a car next to mine had its window busted out and there was glass all over the parking lot when I left. The only good thing was that I could didn't here any hallway noise in the hotel.

Not too far from the Plaza.
The hotel staff was less than cordial and unable to explain why they were requiring my credit card to charge an additional $20.00 if needed. I offered to pay the $20.00 in cash but they refused to take cash!

Old, rundown, not worth the price
The room was tiny and painted entirely in aqua, as was the bathroom. The bathroom and shower were tiny, and there was no bathroom fan, so when you get out of the shower, the entire room is covered in steam, and the floor tiles are incredibly slippery. It's not an awful hotel (not super dirty, clean sheets), but it's very old and rundown for the price.
