standard hotel

pretty standar, no any crapt it is just an old building, maybe the stairs need to be painted, due to it wood.

A bit scary.

Pulling up to the hotel it looked a little scary. I wanted to cancel but because I prepaid we went ahead with our stay. It was dark and dirty walking to our room and not to mention the people outside yelling all evening. The location it is self was not good either. It was not close to anything, The room was fine and clean and we did not have any complaints about that.

Questionable neighborhood

Hotel was clean there was no light over the sink so that made it hard to see when getting ready in the morning. The area is questionable if you are a female traveler or have children traveling with you. Staff was friendly.

WI FI CONNECTION

I didn't expect much because of the low price but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the room was. The sign said all new beds and they were super comfortable and the rooms were clean and decorated nicely with flat scree TV. My only complaint was that the WI-FI connection could not be picked up in my room and I had to go outside to pick up the signal

Not good

The picture for this location must be wrong because this was an enter-from-outside hotel where every room has a door to the outside. The beds were uncomfortable and the location wasn't good. Definitely won't be going there again.

Oh, no

We arrived only to notice that the area isn't all that great then when we went in to check in we were informed there was a water outage. He told us in a way that it seems to happen often. So we cancelled. We had no problems getting a refund so that was good. Uh, would probalbly be okay if on a tight budget and need a place to stay for 1 night. Since we didn't go in a room, it's not fair for me to rate the room low so I rated it average.

Great location, cheap rates

For the price, the list of amenities is practically endless. A minute from I-35, and less than a mile from I-29, the location is fantastic. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Friendly staff.

Great For The Price

My wife and I were on a business trip. Our business activities were in downtown KC. The room was clean and had plenty of space for our needs. Our trips to downtown KC were during rush hour traffic and commute time was approximately 15 minutes. Considering downtown hotels cost two to three times the price of this hotel, it was well worth the savings. The only disappointment was we didn't receive a new bottle of shampoo for the second morning we were there.
