Great except for Saturday night guests
Friendly staff. quiet. Close to downtown convention center. Only problem was group there on Saturday night drinking and cooking on their grill in the parking lot till late at night. Ruse and disrepectful. Left their trash all over parking lot

Good place to stay on a business trip
Clean, comfortable room. No smell of cigarette smoke. Pretty decent included breakfast. I had a great night's sleep.

Kansas Hotel
Great hotel amenities for the price. I especially loved the shuttle service to and from downtown and other locations in Kansas City. The location in Kansas City, KS rather than Missouri is a drawback.

Great place to stay near medical district
Very warm and cozy compared to other hotels. I arrived late in the evening (11:45pm) and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast had a wide assortment. I'd definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!
The location had its perks but also a slight downfall. It was conveniently located just a few miles from the Power and Light District and the Plaza. However, this part of Southwest Boulevard that it was located on was kind of sketchy. Loved the shuttle service that they offered. All of the staff we encountered (front desk, shuttle, and breakfast) were all very, very friendly. I would stay here again.

The KC Power and Light District is only a few miles away from this Best Western hotel, and it is a very fun place to watch games, a night out with friends, or there are even some yummy places to dine.

Has a shuttle to take you to the action spots. Not much near the hotel. It's near a train crossing and a firehouse so be prepared for some unexpected noise. Overall good value.
