Good Hotel
Checking in was great, friendly staff the first night we stayed. Close to everything. Plaza was blocks away as well as art museums. Free parking was great. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was missing Sunday morning while checking out. Had to wait around for what seemed ten minutes. Eventually the entire staff came back from a smoke break. This was the only negative from the entire stay. Would stay here again.

Lot's of stuff really close. Would be good for family that wants to save a little money but still be close to the Plaza district.

What I would expect from a Best Western
This is what I would expect of any of the Best Westerns I've stayed at. Decent, clean room, with those miserable little pillow 'nuggets'. Where did these things come from? Little 'half' pillows. Other than that, like I said, a decent room, friendly staff, a breakfast that is much better then paying $10.00 at a resteraunt, and in an ok neighborhood.

Good Price Great Location
This hotel was right close to the Plaza district and all the happenings downtown, but unlike other hotels in the area it was a great price. Clean and friendly staff, made it great for a weekend getaway. I would stay here again in the future.

Go to Mama's 39th Street Cafe, they had fantastic breakfast options and a homemade deep fried Cinnamon Roll you can't get anywhere else.

Great Getaway
It's tucked away, setting back from the street w off street parking. Tastefully decorated for Christmas. Service was great and the room was comfortable and clean

Nice experience
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Shopping and dining close by. 15 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium

Conference Getaway
Good Business Trip
This hotel was right downtown Kansas City near the Country Club Plaza and was great for the business conference that I was on. My wife was even impressed with the spaciousness of the room.

Great Place to stay
The small frontage area of the hotel frightened me but the proffessionalism of the personel, their knowledge and assistance made this one of my best hotel experiences. The hotel was very clean, everything worked, continetal breakfast extremely well supplied and delicious. What a great place to stay.

College visit
this is our second time staying at this hotel. I enjoy the atmosphere including the court yard and coziness. Our car broke down on the day of check out and the staff extended the check out time without problem. Thank you!
