My Dad and I booked in January to eat our way through KC. The room was perfect. Everything a person could ask for. Clean room, helpful staff, coffee nice and early, along with a good location

Convenient
The hotel was nice. The price was good. The service was very good. We stayed here because we had a very early flight. We were shuttled to the airport in plenty of time. When we returned, they picked us up without us having to wait very long. And the price to park our car there was cheaper than economy parking at the airport.

leaves a lot to be expected
We made our reservations three months in advance for a smoking room (didnt get one), was given the wrong room number for the key that was given to us had to go back to the desk for the right one. all the amenities that was listed on my printout were not in the room as stated in the add we read. The coffee was luke warm and that may be a streach to say .overall it was not a good stay.

Unclean Room
The people were very nice but when I got to my room it had cigarette butts in the ash tray and was rather unclean

Good place to stay before an early morning flight
We had a great experience at the hotel. We had stayed 2 years ago and liked it so we came back. I love being able to leave our car there while we were on vacation and they are very reasonable on their prices. I would highly recomend this hotel to my friends and family if they are going to be leaving for a trip and need a place to stay for the night.
