unexpected WOW!
Stayed two nights for a basketball tournament. Rooms were cleaner than "Name Brand" hotels that I've stayed at. With the 50's look, expected Elvis to show up at any time!

Nice and Clean. Small but comfortable
They need to put small refreg in the rooms. Too much air coming in around the door, was hard to heat. Bed was not as comfortable as my prior rooms had at this motel. Still had an over all good, safe, stay and will return here again upon going to Springfield. Clean Rooms !!!!!!! Lynn

Great Hotel and Great Savings
[...]I stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven. The Room was very nice AND clean !!! Only 1 mile to St. John's Hospital, 2 miles to Bass Pro Shop, and all the shopping and resturants you can imagine are close by.

Unusual value!
Neat place. A throwback with modern amenities. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but very well kept. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

Nice Visit
It was very clean and well managed. The T.V. was in a strange place on the wall, but was a new HD Flat screen, so who cares. It was a great hotel! I just found my new place to stay when i visit Springfield.

Great location, it was awsome!!!!
I was there to visit my son that attends MO university. It was a great location and the room were very clean and nice. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

Overtired Mom
You get what you pay for
We were really tired after driving 10 hours, but the bed was not very soft. Also, this hotel room did not look anything like the pictures. It was clean, but no frills and old carpeting. Half of our TV stations were fuzzy and snowy, but we didn't stay up long, so we didn't complain. The breakfast area was very tiny, so we passed on it. This hotel is OK for a one night stay, but that is it.

not what I thought it would be!!
we was on our anniversary and sat going to Bass Pro shop the room was in the front next to highway and lots of kids pool was open till whatever hour and our room was by the pool!! the room was very nice and clean! [...]

Great Place to Stay
We had one night in Springfield and chose to stay at this hotel. It was everything we expected. The people were friendly, the room was clean, and the location is perfect. We liked the single level so there were no stairs to climb. The weather didn't cooperate with us, but the pool did look inviting. The rooms are a little small, but we expected that from reading other reviews. This is an old hotel that has been updated nicely and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Springfield.
