We really enjoyed this hotel - the cleanliness was exceptional - the employees went above and beyond with any request we had. Plus, coffee was available at any hour! Perfect!!

I would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was a little hard to get in and out of but not bad once you figured out the best way.

Don't use the closest traffic light to leave the hotel. Use the outer road to the next one to get back out onto Glenstone.

Nice Hotel
Nice rooms and clean. Breakfast was just OK. The only problem I had, was they gave my room # out to another guest of the hotel without my permission. I am going to give staff a rating of 1 , for giving out my room # to a guest that was not staying with me.

baymont inn and suites springfield
i booked the baymont inn and suites as a stopover in springfield before travelling to branson the next day and i had stayed there before. As i remembered it was close to the airport so thought it would be handy after a long journey. when i got there i found i didnt have a reservation at the baymont inn and suites at the airport but one at the above location which was quite a distance away. there was no transportation between the hotels (same name but different companies apparently) so i had to get a cab which the hotel got for me and ended up costing me 30 dollars. i managed to get my transportation sorted out for the following morning and had the coach pick me up at the above hotel and not the one i thought i had booked. i didnt even know there were 2 baymont inn and suites in springfield! anyway everything turned out ok in the end but it wasnt a good start to my holiday. Apart from that the hotel was good and there were no other problems. i will use the baymont inn and suites again but the one at the airport and not this one as it is too far away from the airport.
