The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious considering it had a bed, living area, and a kitchenette. The staff was very efficient and effective. The pool was a welcome addition. Very easy access to grocery store and restaurants and the interstate.
Breakfast was sparce but then again you have a kitchenette.

We stopped in St Louis for 2 days on our summer vacation. We had a couple issues with the room when we first arrived. We were offered a different room, but declined since we were already settled. The issues were taken care of quickly. The room was plenty big for the 3 of us. All of the staff was friendly. We took advantage of the pool (towels were poolside) and also the continental breakfast. The hotel was a little out of the way but well worth it for what we saved.

Short stay for family funeral

Out room was very clean & in top condition. With a king bed room we were able to get frig, microwave and coffee maker. This is not available in rooms with 2 double beds. There is no hair dryer in the rooms but the front desk did supply us one. The beds were a bit hard for my taste but my husband didn't mind. All in all for the budget price it was very good. They do take pets and someone left their dogs poo in the front near our door and they staff took 24 hours to clean it up after we reported it.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was very relaxing. After i completed my business on Friday, I went back to the hotel room and rested for seven hours straight. A well deversed rest. Thank you.

Reception was not very cordial, person was outside smoking when entered, had to wait until they finished their smokes.
Was a hair under one of pillows. Rest of room was clean. Personhandling breakfast room was very nice and friendly. Would stay there again.

Staff was great! Room was clean. Close enough to historic down town St Charles to walk to Festival of Little Hills and Ameristar. AC did drip every time it kicked off but otherwise was a great time. So easy to find too.

the first room we stayed in was awful. bugs in the room and the room had an odor.had to live with it for 2 nights because all the rooms were completely booked. staff was very friendly and they moved us to a new room when one became available.the new room was great!!! no odor and no bugs!!! bed was very comfortable.breakfast was nice,many items to choose from.

The rooms were clean and quiet. While I had a problem with my room the first night the staff was very responsive and changed my room immediately. The staff at the front desk wre always friendly, helpful and professional.

I took my husband to the hotel for a nice Birthday weekend and, much to my suprise we had a good relaxing stay. We stayed in one of the Hot tub rooms, it was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly as well as professional. My husband and I would like to return again.

I needed a decent hotel for just one night. This hotel was accommodating for just that. The staff was very helpful and nice. Every thing was clean. The only problem I had was that we stayed on the 3rd flood, one of my girls who decided to try every thing out as we all do when we stay some where. She proceeded to try to open the window in the room. I my self knowing that new regulation are to keep upper floor windows from opening, I was not concerned until I head the window open. I was shocked to the fact it opened and it was easily open by a 7 year old and it had no screen. Even tho my children understood after that to stay away from the window, It was still upsetting that this happen. Also, the faucets leaked, but it is a older hotel and for the money and easiness of where I needed to be I could deal with the faucets. Over all the stay was good.

This was a wonderful hotel in a great location to be near all of my family. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had my daughter with us, which made getting out of our room at a reasonable hour nearly impossible. The cleaning staff came to clean our room whenever we got out and always brought supplies we needed when we didn't need our room cleaned. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I go back.

Everything was very nice! Beds were great and cleanliness a plus! Bathrooms spacious and very clean. Shower head could be stronger but seems to be that way about everywhere. Didn't eat breakfast there but the breakfast room was very roomy and comfortable. Actually had handicap accessable swimming pool! I would stay here again no problems! Front desk could have been a bit friendlier but all went great!

Convenient to the downtown area and the casino. Within walking distance which was great. The hotel was clean, quaint and safe. Not your typical cookie cutter hotel.
Bed was comfy, used the wi-fi and the pool.
I would definately recommend it to others and stay there again.

I went here on business and brought my husband along for the fun of it! He explored St. Charles during the day and found places to take me that evening! The hotel provided free van services for anywhere in St. Charles...we went to dinner, shopping and the casino! The staff was wonderful! Our room was beautiful and super clean!

This hotel has all the bells and whistles, but without the price! Their free happy hour and made to order breakfast pay for the room by themselves! My husband and I stayed their for our 10th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed swimming, the jacuzzi, the happy hour, the shuttle to the casino and back and the made to order breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back to visit again soon! It is an experience you will not regret!

Hotel was in a good location for our sightseeing needs, with a good price(for a budget concerned person)friendly counter staff. Room clean. could have used better pillows. Saw Old Town St. Charles, and The St. Louis Arch. Haven't traveled in a long time, and this was a great trip !!

However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

Book online and entered in credit card information and was made to believe I had made a reservation, even received confirmation. When I called the hotel directly to as for a roll away bed, they informed me I did not have a reservation that their hotel was full.
