ok... needs a little work

The hotel was easy to find, comfortable and clean. We asked for NO SMOKING rooms and were stuck in SMOKING rooms, complete with the odor and ash trays. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The fitness equipment needed to be upgraded. Over all a good value, but probably won't stay here again on the next pass through St. Louis.

Surp of the moment

Very friendly staff! Help me find a resturant and had hot cookies . Pool was nice . Only thing most of the exersice equipment wouldn't work, the digital on the bucks and stair stepper didn't work and could not get teeatmill to work at all. Yes it was plugged up! :)

Very accomodating!

We asked for adjoining rooms for our son & his family and they were happy to help. The a.m. breakfast is very complete and good. Enjoyed the pool--though no hot tub in the area! We liked the dispenser in the shower with shampoo and body soap--better than messy little bottles and bars. All staff was helpful. There are many brochures of restaurants that will deliver--we highly recommend Imo's pizza--amazing!! Nice to have Cracker Barrel just across the way.

Extremely Disappointed

The hotel had a smell to it. The food looked appealing in the morning, but we were disappointed because it tasted horrible. We ended up having to go to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Blah. But with my whole list of complaints, I can sum it up in one sentence. There was mouse feces on my bathroom floor.

Cardinal experience

Loved the stay!

Was very clean and convenient, and thought everything was perfect. Breakfast good, and room great, and the jacuizzi in the room! Will stay at again!

Best Value for the buck

Considering that its a no star Hotel, it was very good. The staff were very helpful. The FREE B/fast was good. The room was clean and neat, except that the bathroom was a bit small.

The amenities without the quiet

Loved the actual stay here. Pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. Malls were 5 minutes to 20 minutes away. Airport close. Only issue are walls are paper thin and floors you here every kid run up and down the halls. Annoying when awake but breakfast was good and hotel seems accomidating.

Nice place, friendly people

The room was a standard room, did have microwave and small fridge, which was nice. The breakfast every morning was a real breakfast, not continental style. The belgian waffle makers were a very nice touch. Overall, a little better than average.
