Days Inn - St. Louis/Westport, MO

you were right about it being a 2 1/2 star. but the bed was clean/ comfortable, and the bath was warm,and that's what I needed...so, it was well worth it. the "continental breakfast" was mostly items I don't eat...but it did have fresh fruit. I was in town for a conference that weekend.

I didn't expect much for the price I paid but the staff was extremely frustrating to deal with, I would probably look elsewhere if your budget allows.

Had good "overall" rating. Was pleased with the quality of the room and service. Didn't have a microwave, but did have a fridge. Breakfast was good - eggs, waffles, buscuits and gravy. Staff all pleasant. Bed soft, prefer higher and firmer mattress.

everything was clean. Mattress was better than my own. pillows were fluffy. breakfast was good. no meat other than sausage gravy but tasty. quiet and near lots of restaurants and shopping. king size bed was great. microwave, fridge, hair dryer, desk for laptop. enjoyed it for the price.

Staff was nice. Hotel was disgusting!! Several inches of dust behind couch, empty beer can and used q-tip! Shower curtain wouldn't slide along pole correctly and water would get all over the floor. The hotel appears to older and in dire need of a face lift!! Location was great and close to airport.

The hotel was a little older, but for the amount paid you should not expect much more. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. I would stay here again for a short stay. Again, for the money it was a good value.

Should have know by all the trash on the front lawn! There was stains on walls, carpet, shower!!! We found bugs in the room!!!!!!! Enough said!!!!!!!!

The bathtubs are filthy and the toilet did not flush. Decided to return the keys and did not stay at this hotel. When you check in they have you fill out your vehicle liscence plate info..when asked why this is needed info the manager stated that "the police come by every once in a while to check on customers in the hotel, usually the cash paying customers." This place is dirty!!! For the same amount of money you can stay at a much nicer place....really anything is better then this hotel.

I booked a room for two days. I called ahead to reserve a fridge & microwave. I got there after work & the air was off. No fridge nor microwave. After I saw the air was not cooling we went to many rooms to search for a fridge (while my milk spoiled & kids were waiting to eat their dinners - no microwave). I was moved to a suite on the back end of the hotel far away from any amenities. Next day came in after work & the room was HOT!!! Air was broke. I then moved across the hall to another suite that was finally in good condition and cool!!!! The halls s,elt of mildew. There were ants at the exit doors all over. There was 1 washer & 1 dryer for the whole hotel. I was very upset and was offerred no refund nor extra days. I live in St. Louis & had to stay while work was being done on my home - was a total nightmare!!!

The hotel was as expected. We just needed an inexpensive place to spend the night. We spent the day at the Zoo, which is just 15 miles from this hotel. We checked in, were able to shower and get back out on the road to get dinner. Slept just fine, and had free breakfast. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. It was clean enough (I wouldn't eat off the floor or anything), the breakfast was free--my oldest son actually enjoyed making his own belgian waffle, we were hoping there was bacon, but there wasn't... anyway, as long as your expectations aren't 4 stars or more, this place is fine to lay your head for the night.
