Great Place Except..........

Stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend for a family wedding. We had a Queen Suite. Very roomy for the two of us. Furniture and decor was modern and comfortible. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The staff was great and very accomodating, especially the young lady who plunged our commode when my husband stopped it up! BUT the rooom was not very clean. The kitchen counters were sticky with dried on food. The floor was so very dirty. I spilled some cereal and took a wet paper towel to wipe it up and it came up black.

Square One Brewery; we had an excellent lunch. Very courteous and friendly staff. The food was excellent and generous portions and the selection of wines and liquors was superb. We found a great liquor called Vermont Night. that I would suggest for anyone who likes a nice sipping whiskey. Will definitley be a stop for us our next time to Missouri.

Wonderful Stay

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Our shuttle driver want out of his way to get us as close to our destinations as possible and gave us valuable info on the various sites we were visiting.

Close to downtown attractions, the Arch and city museum. Short shuttle ride to zoo and space museum.

Amazing staff ...

I stayed here for 6 weeks for work. The check-in process was very easy and the staff was amazing, especially "Keta" and "Bekah". I was settled into my temporary "home" within 30 minutes. My suite had a full service kitchen, including: a full sized fridge, stove, sink, garbage disposal, and microwave. My internet connection was wired but was reliable. There is plenty of free parking and you are right beside a major freeway so it's easy to get on the road quickly and you are right downtown. My bathroom door didn't close fully but I mentioned it to the front desk and it was fixed right then. I had requested extra towels and clothes hangers one morning and they were in my room waiting for me when I got "home" from work that day. The business center on the main floor had 2 PC's and 1 of them was out most of the time I was there and there was no USB access to the printer so I had a bit of a problem doing my expense reports but I was able to manage. The free breakfast is good but I'd suggest getting down there early because it goes quick. The stove in my room could have been cleaned better as one day I used it to cook a pizza and there was something that smoked at the bottom of the stove. Also, the frying pan was warped which made it hard to cook with. The TV had very limited channels Overall I would rate this as a 4.5 because it was comfortable, in a good location, and the staff was great.
