Super 8 Biloxi

My GF and I wanted to go the beach before our tip to New Orleans so we booked the Super 8. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the hotel was a ghost town! Her and I loved it! Breakfast was good enough for what we expected, we were on vacation so I wasn't planning on making my every morning breakfast at the hotel, we like to eat out as much as possible on vacation. The beach is beautiful!!! White sand as we expected and no one anywhere on it! But...the water isn't what we expected... We were thinking Gulf water and waves, neither of those we even close! I don't blame the hotel, I would def stay at this hotel again! For 48$ a night it's well worth it if your looking for nothing not a casino and a nice pool.

Ice machines were always empty, Breakfast had no protien available (boiled eggs would be a great addition with little work). Staff were great as was the location across from the beach and within blocks from a casino.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY STAY HERE!!! WHEN WE CHECKED IN TO OUR ROOM I LOOKED ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND THERE WERE TWO DIRTY NASTY LOOKING TOWELS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE A USED WET TOWEL ON HANGING BEHIND THE DOOR. SOMETHING TOLD ME TO LIFT UP THE BEDDING AND THEIR WERE NASTY STAINS ALL OVER THE PILLOWS ON ONE OF THE BEDS. THE TELEPHONE DID NOT WORK AT ALL SO I WAS UN ABLE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. I THEN CALLED THE HOTEL FROM MY CELL PHONE AND NO ANSWER. TRIED FOR ALMOST 5 MINS. WHEN I WENT TO CHANGE ROOMS AT THE FRON DESK THE CLERK WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY. WHEN I GOT INTO THE SECOND ROOM IT WAS VERY VERY HOT AND TOOK AN HOUR TO COOL OFF AND HAD A FUNKY SMELL. THE ICE MACHINES DID NOT WORK AT ALL. I WILL NEVER BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY SUPER 8 HOTEL AGAIN. I RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER ROOM THEN TO GET A CHEAPER RATE.

Considering the location just across a street to the gulf beach I thought for the price this hotel was a good choice for a short stay. the room was average and the staff were very friendly. I would stay again

Just know that at 4:00 am and every hour after for the next three hours a train will come by!

The bed was not that comfortable but good location. Very low water pressure

The first time we stayed at this hotel we had a great room overlooking the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and in the buildings surrounding the pool. The second time we stayed here we were placed in a room in the very back building of the hotel. The room had a bad odor, a dirty footprint on the carpet, and a cigarette burn in one of the sheets. As soon as we informed the staff they immediately changed our accomodations and were very apologetic. The staff is super friendly, but if you want to sleep in past 9am make sure you put your "Do Not Disturb" sign out immediately. Housekeeping comes EARLY. Also, I don't recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway...the walls are PAPER thin.

The room was a little cramped. We got a roll away bed for our room and after it was in there, there was no room to walk. A used wash cloth was also hanging on the shower bar when we got there. Other than that, It was an ok stay.

We checked in and the lobby was nice, very misleading concerning the rest of the hotel. It was pouring when we went to our room, which was not ready, I called the desk and waited for 15 mins when someone came and brought us to another room. It was old, the toilet bowl wasnt fastened to the floor but to the wall and it wobbled, the phone was not hooked up and the sink had a huge crack on the basin and on the counter top. Maintenance came and hooked the phone up but the rest would have to wait until we checked out. The room left a great deal to be desired. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Overall, a very disappointing stay. We use Super 8 for most of our hotel accomodations when we travel, but I won't be using the one on Beach Road in Biloxi again.
