Treated like another number
I've stayed at this hotel two separate times, the first time I had money stolen out of my wallet in the room and the managers wife treated it with a dry "I apologize and it won't happen again", a couple weeks later they sent me a letter in the mail offering me a 10 percent discount if I would reconsider staing with them again! The second time I stayed there(1 month later) was a last minute booking and all the other hotels had no vacancy so I gave em another go, I told them and showed them the letter they sent me offering me the 10 percent discount and they (mangaer and his wife) would'nt honor it, instead they offered me my typical military discount which came out to a little over 10 percent more! This argument went on for almost a week with NO RESOLUTION AT ALL!!! NEVER AGAIN!
