Surprisingly good accomodations at HI Ex
Hotel made a mistake and gave my room away. Although they could not completely correct that problem, they did go the extra mile and offer more than fair alternatives. Even though I did not hold them to their offer they were quite professional in their response and I will stay there again.

Short drive from hotel
Guardinia's is a new walk into the past. Accomodations are new but it feels like the way it used to be. Food excellent.

Nice room but disappointed in down-grade
The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. However, we booked our King room online and when we arrived at our hotel, we were notified that there were no king rooms available. We were told we would receive a discount to accommodate us for the mistake, but when we checked out the next day there had been no discount applied to our bill. We were short on time and could not wait for multiple phone calls to ask a manager, etc. So we left a little disappointed that they did not follow through on their customer service promise. Our double room was nice and clean and overall the hotel itself was great.

Decent hotel for the location
We were there for a wedding. My guess is if you are in Greenwood, MS, it's b/c you have to. If that's the case, this hotel is acceptable
